I've stopped by here a few times and had no bad experience but unfortunately today will be my last time. Not sure if he was the owner but he was not friendly towards me and my husband. No greeting , very standoffish and "hurry up and buy" attitude. He refused to answer our question, he just asked what we wanted. I was one of the first fifty customers on opening day. I met the owner and he is an extremely nice, polite and caring person. He cares about his customers and stands behind his products. The store is very clean and showcases filled with glass from local and overseas glass artists, as well as his own company. The glass is very durable and they have many different designs to choose from. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. Music is always playing, but it's not too loud or distracting. I love the music they play. The prices are extremely competitive. Out of all the local smoke and headshops, super smoke off helmo in Oakdale is the very best! I won't be going anywhere else than here to get my ecig juice, glass, and cbd. Just by talking to the owner and the employees, you can definitely tell they are good people and take care of their customers. They are extremely respectful. The store is in a great location, with front of the store parking, and is easy to find. I highly recommend this company and I have personally been back twice since their opening day, two days ago. I love when I come to a store and can have a legit conversation with the employees and you can tell they appreciate you by engaging in whatever topic you're talking about. Ugh.. unfortunately I have to give this store a negative review. The first few times I came here I really liked it. The owner is wonderful but after tonight's experience I will never be back! One of the workers gave me a price on a piece and I was about to buy it when another employee came up and pulled the original employee away and told him he was charging us incorrectly. When I showed her the piece I had was EXACTLY like another one with the same price the original employee gave us. She proceeded to argue with us and give some BS excuses on why this piece was $20 more. After arguing with the employee we ended up leaving without spending anything and took our business to a different store. So positive the owner is very nice. Negative if he's not there you'll get over charged and have shitty customer service. read more
