They have very good hard workers in the office. and I can get a hold of them easily this is a pretty good service. Their workers are nice and they cooperate with anything they will let you know before hand if they are not coming in or they need to be clocked in. they will call and they will make sure they keep you in the Loop, there are three nice ladies in the office who will direct your call to the appropriate receiver for the call. They are closed on Christmas Thanksgiving, New Year's, and memorial day I believe. always looking for new service if you need help! don't hesitate to call home helpers, making life easier life easier

The owner, Jen, is very attentive to every detail of her clients care. When we had a situation where another family member was attempting to interfere with the care we had set up, Jen very discreetly stopped by for a visit to talk to my father to ensure everything was okay. I am from out of state but was visiting when she stopped by. It eased my mind greatly, after talking with her, to know that all the staff members take their jobs and the care of their clients very seriously. I went back home feeling relieved that I could trust the assistance my father is receiving.

The warmth you feel from the decor and the people is tangible. I was also surprised at how great the food is and the variety of menu choices available to the residents at every meal. The Director, Nan Gammill, puts her personal touch on everything and caring for and being kind to the people there seems to be her mission in life. There was a kindness and compassion from the staff to the residents that set it apart from other assisted living communities I have visited. The activities that are available, the theater, the billiards, the quiet areas with water features. I am not ready for assisted living but I wanted to sign up to be honest.
