They take forever to answer emails text or even calls. There's also a huge issue with the water on the buildings. It keeps coming on and off. The other day I went to ask about a package. It was supposed to be delivered to the mail room and there was the little note saying that they were in a meeting. I knocked out the door because I could see the guys standing there talking on the phone and he just looked at me and ignored me I get it. You can be busy sometimes, but if you cannot assist me at that time, and you see me standing by the door the least you can do is open the door and tell me to go back at a later time because they're busy, but just decide to be unprofessional and rude every time.

They charge for pest control, however, when I first moved in, I had to buy roach bombs & glue traps to eventually get them under control. Outside of Franchesca, management is terribly rude and/or unprofessional. It takes them a long time to make repair, & they do them in the most "ghetto" (cheap) way possible. When I saw them painting over black mold, I moved out. Upon moving out they didn't do a walk-through and tried to charge me for ac "repairs" that were due to the mold. So don't expect your deposit to be returned, since they try to nickel and dime everyone for everything in old, run-down apartments. All these bad reviews aren't lies. MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN PERIL!
