Then they didn't put my daughter on the schedule to be picked up at the school so she had to sit outside for an hour for the driver who was waiting at the office. Long story short ended on a good note but the rude unprofessional office worker needs improvement.

I was told they'd have the car there ten minutes before the test. They showed up 4 minutes after her test was scheduled to start. The excuse was "we had a walk in". Unorganized and unprofessional.
