However, it is a pretty common, old fashioned, kind of lumberyard. I see that there were many complaints regarding issues with the wood, cupping warping, color changes when items are substituted or replaced. One thing to understand, wood is a natural product and behaves in an unpredictable ways after being Milled and finished. While the customer wants their job to be perfect, it is often a tall order given the natural or unnatural characteristics of wood. There is no real cookie cutter technique when creating a custom wood project using unique and custom milled woods. Which is probably why you do not see a business like this in every town or county. I have never had them build anything for me or had them mill any of my lumber. So to critique this aspect of the business would be inappropriate. I will say that you will be hard pressed to find a yard with the diverse species available here. I will continue to use them for my wood needs. Prices are decent and the material is great, from what I have experienced.

I had originally designed two closets using the online tool. I asked to speak with a designer, and she called that night. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She liked the design of my simpler closet but had a lot of very good suggestions for my wife's walk-in. I took all of her suggestions (and I'm glad I did). The closets are for a townhome that I just bought but had not even moved in yet. I needed them to delay the shipment of the product until a certain day. She took care of that, and it arrived just when I wanted. I received 30 --- yes, 30 --- boxes ranging from small to very large. Every box is labeled with what parts are in it and, importantly for me, which closet the parts are for. Every box was amazingly well-secured, and the strengthened cardboard packing/protection did its job. Long story short (ha!!): I prepped both closets --- took down the old hardware, spackled the walls, sanded the walls, and painted the walls. Then I took about 8hrs to build the simple closet and about 12hrs to build the walk-in closet. I was *never* frustrated or led astray by the amazingly clear, well-illustrated, and well-organized instruction manuals (that are personalized for each individual closet). The resulting closets were beyond my hopes for what they might come out to be. I feel a sense of accomplishment and I felt like EasyClosets was an amazingly supportive and competent partner in the whole process. To be clear, if you get frustrated by the complexity of putting together IKEA furniture, or if you have a hard time sticking with a project for more than a couple of hours, then you should go a different route. And while it's not as easy as building IKEA furniture, the system goes quickly once you get the rails installed. We recently worked with Saray Ortiz to retrofit one of our closets. We explained the modifications we wanted, they provided some feedback on what would work, we provided the measurements, and they crafted an order with every part needed to complete the retrofit. The retrofit went flawlessly and you would never have guessed the two parts were installed 10 years apart! I will continue to do business with them!

The only good thing about living in the Rachel Gardens complex is the location. There is quick,…read moreeasy access to major highways: Rte. 46, Route, 280, Rte. 80 Route 287, Route 10, and Rte 23. The most important problem is that the construction of the buildings is extremely cheap. The ceilings on the ground floor apartments are paper-thin. My 1 bedroom ground floor apartment is directly below my neighbor's living room. Rachel Gardens management has in their lease terms a clause requiring that tenants in 2nd floor units must cover 80% of their hard wood floors with carpeting and rugs to control noise for ground floor tenants. The last 3 tenants have ignored the rug rule and I've had to file complaints with management to make the tenants comply. Because of the noise, I'm deprived of sleep every day and nothing I do helps the problem. What am I paying $2,000/month for if I can't use my bed and get quality sleep whenever I need it, day or night? My advice to you is not to rent a unit in Rachel Gardens if you want at least a reasonable amount of peace and quiet. Another problem is cell phone service in the complex is terrible This has nothing to do with service providers, AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. I can only get 2 bars on my phone in my ground floor apartment, I try to make calls and there is no connection, calls are dropped or the calls break up. If you live in the middle of the complex, it's really bad reception. The only solution is to 1) get a landline phone or 2) get an extender from your cell phone providor. I got an extender from Verizon for free because my reception was so horrible and now I have great reception in the apartment. But no tenant should have to put up with bad cell service and pay expensive Rachel Gardens rent. Another problem is that the road that runs through the complex is used by children as a playground. There is a nice playground in a safe place on-site, but too many children, some as young as 5, ride their bikes, playing and running into the road ignoring oncoming cars. I've never seen adult supervision of these playing children. It's a tragedy waiting to happen. A child is going to get seriously injured or killed by them biking or running into oncoming cars. Management sends notices to tenants to take responsibility for their children when outside, but these appeals are ignored. Save yourself from a miserable quality of life and don't move into Rachel Gardens. The super convenient location isn't worth it since management won't take your quality of life seriously.

Stay away and get away from this shit hole if possible as far as I've seen they have zero desire to improve upon there issues and I will be getting my family out of here as soon as possible.
