Five star service!! First off their store is full of beautiful tile. The showroom is brand new and always updated. The upstairs is amazing and they have such nice tile displays. Upon your arrival Mr. Angelo the barista greets you with a freshly brewed espresso that's amazing each and every time. Paula is just full of knowledge!! Paula takes time to work with you one on one and gives you all the time you need. She has great vision and she's very professional. You could be thinking of an idea and Paula will just go up to a sample board and pull out exactly what your thinking and need to complete a design. They have a huge warehouse not too far from the showroom which is great because they keep a lot of tile in stock. John has came to the rescue for me many times delivering tile to me within an hour or two of me ordering it. I have also gone and picked up tile myself for those emergency situations. I definitely recommend going here for your tile needs. I'm sure you will leave very happy and excited to start your project. I was looking to do some new flooring, and as every new homeowner knows, I didn't know much about tiles. I went to a few places like Lowe's and Home Depot and just wasn't happy with the knowledge of tiles the employees had. When I got into this store it had a beautiful display room, 2 floors and I was able to see and feel many different styles and textures for what I wanted in my bathroom. When I was done John, I believe he was the owner was extremely helpful. Not only did he give me a great deal on my tiles, but he hooked me up with someone to put them in for a price that was better than those big stores I had previously mentioned. Honestly stores like this remind me of why we need to go to small businesses rather than the big corporate stores. John took care of me and was knowledgeable. In the other stores I was dealing with kids, who were just worried with when they were getting paid. This guy took pride is his business and then he hooked me up with someone to install it. Italian Tile Imports worked with me over the phone to get tile samples delivered to me in New Jersey, as I couldn't get to Brooklyn. I had called two places that wouldn't let me order a single tile and have it shipped, so this was a nice change. They were helpful in selecting an alternate to one of the pieces I was interested in that wasn't in stock, and the tile is gorgeous. As to them not helping anyone who's not Italian... as soon as I gave my name, it would have been apparent I'm not. Never once did I feel they were reluctant to help me for this reason. This establishment is absolutely amazing! Everyone who worked there is extremely helpful and very considerate. I had a lovely women named Paula help me with my disastrous mess of a bathroom. They had a large amount of different tiles and mosaics to choose from, which was extremely helpful and made my experience with redesigning my bathroom a little less stressful. What I really loved was how they worked with me in regards to the pricing and even helped me choose a cheaper border then what I was willing to spend because it simply "looked better". This place is AMAZING! We were impressed the first time we used their tile for our bathroom with their large selection, great customer service and friendly staff. We walked in with an idea of what we wanted and explained it to Paula. She helped us pick what we wanted while going through all different types of tile and backsplash with us. I must of went to 10 different stores before coming here and i just wasn't confident in making a purchase. When i walked in this store the sales lady was swarmed with other customers but I was greeted by a gentleman and offered an espresso which was delicious! Anyway i noticed they had very nice things and i found exactly what i was looking for in the first 10 minutes. The sales lady was very helpful! I've had the pleasure of working with Italian Tile Imports when I decided to renovate my kitchen. I purchased the floor tile, marble countertop, back splash to the countertop, cabinets and sink from this company. I am extremely pleased with the quality of each of these pieces. Not only do they have great products but the customer service was wonderful. Apparently this place has no return policy! How bad is that? Back in September I was shopping for some tile for my office and was unfortunate enough to stop my search on this place. I ordered a tile which I have never received because it took them very long to deliver it and when I called to cancel my order I spoke with a rude person who announced that I cannot cancel it and have to wait for my tile to arrive. At the end I did not receive my tile and in addition these people took my money (the amount was over $1200)! Please stay away from this place! read more

I'm working with Italian Tile for several years. They don't sell fake products which you can find everywhere and overpriced. You pay for what you get... Great products, easy to find what you like for Reasonable prices, great service, responsible shipping, no tricks, no hidden fees. For 1 star posters - be reasonable! Most Italian tiles have unique pictures and textures. All tile's parties slightly differs. If you want to return, it can't be free. It's heavy, it has to be packed and shipped, etc. Definitely recommend to contractors and customers! read more

Came across this place one day while shopping on the avenue. Looked so nice inside. When we decided to renovate our home, we figured we would give it a shot. Trying to figure out tiles for the bathroom and kitchen with backsplash as well, was overwhelming. However , the staff was so helpful and PATIENT with us. I love this place!!! My husband and I recently bought a new home and we had to do everything from head to toe. I am very pleased with the service and quality of the tiles I purchased when I renovated my bathroom last summer. My friends and family refer to my newly renovated bathroom as my spa bathroom. It was money well spent. I was going to renovate my kitchen this summer but had to postpone the project until we get past the COVID crisis.
