He converted to larger gutters where my roof pitch deemed and added gutter guards everywhere - top rated guards with 40 year warranty. He identified a section that needed a gutter which was not done with the new build in 2017. He color matched all sections of downspouts. And identified a corner area for me to watch that is not the best configuration. He will be able to improve if water is overflowing there so I will be watching that area. A corner of our roof was damaged while removing a tree last winter. We had a new roof put on by…read morePinnacle three years ago so we had them come out to fix it. The invoice was higher than the quote. When I asked why, they said they had to replace a rotten piece of roof decking. When I asked how there could be a rotten roof decking sheet under a new roof they had no answer for me. Either my new 50 year warranty roof is leaking or they put shingles over rotten decking to begin with. Best part... they keep telling me they'll come out and see what the problem is but they don't.
