Some of the other painters told me about the shortcuts they would take and promised me I would never notice. I bet I will. Some painters had names for their companies but I knew I would be writing the check to the painter because there is no real company. I check all of that stuff out. But Priceless Painting Plus is a real company, it has insurance, it has a written warranty of its work, etc. Trae is very specific about what I'm paying for. It shows in the written itemization of his quote. They communicate so very well that I am never confused. We have two young grandchildren so he suggested a low gloss sheen finish for easy clean-up. He has done other houses in our neighborhood and was highly recommended. We contracted with him to do the house and scheduled a start date. He and his crew arrived exactly on time the day he was scheduled to begin.
