Established in 2016.

Legacy Leadership International LLC was established in January 2016 after years of adding value to others in need to grow themselves and their organizations as an individual entity. Discovering this niche for personal and professional leadership development came after serving more than 26 years in the US Army and in men's ministry as a coach, teacher, trainer, and speaker. In order to add greater value to others, Jay Goff began adding value to himself through intense trainning and learning through research, mentoring, and seminars. He is not only a student of life, love, and leadership, he has been a practitioner, survivor, and thriver of all three throughout his life in his personal aspirations, professional endeavors, and relationship building. After discovering his niche in leadership, Jay knew there was only one team he wanted to join to enhance his ability to coach, teach, and speak on the subjects of development and growth. That's when he joined the John Maxwell Team in 2014

Jay retired from the US Army, USAR, and the Missouri Army National Guard in 2007. He has led many men's ministries and currently leads a program for fathers, the Daddyhood Project, which he incorporated into his business. Helping people grow in their personal, professional and relationship development. Whether it's adding value to young people at schools, dads through his ministry, or corporate leaders to lead their people and organizations to greater success, Jay is the ACTivational person for the job! Jay is married to his wonderful wife, Katrina, affectionately called his "Rib," and together they have 8 kids and 20 grandkids! (That's NOT a typo!
