Every single thing is made fresh and they donate anything left to those in need. The prices were reasonable too. There is outdoor seating which is great and inside is a little bigger than the outside would lead you to believe. There is also parking across the street if the parking lot is full. There you can find regular chile powder -- both red and green -- chile jellies, chile peanut brittle, pickled quail eggs (which have already been requested as a Christmas gift), raspberry chipotle sauce, garlic salsa, chile-shaped kitchenware....you get the picture. It's always nice to go in, try out some of the sample salsa, and walk away with a bag full of something really tasy! Oh, the magic of New Mexico!
