I recently bought my wife the "Deluxe Spa Package" ($225) for her birthday. My wife and I had just recently moved here and I was excited to treat her to a new spa treatment. What was supposed to a relaxing day, turned into anything but...After getting a decent massage and facial (albeit very expensive), she went in for her manicure and pedicure. The woman who did her pedicure (which cost $50!) did a horrible job. When my wife complained to the manager, the manager said "I'm sorry, but we can't give you your money back. Your wife will have to go back and tell the woman that she did not do a good job and demand your money back. Our staff are independent contractors and we have no oversight over them." You've got to be joking, right? You can't issue a $50 credit because you subcontract your nail services out. I very rarely write negative reviews, but this place struck a nerve. Notwithstanding, the decent massage and facial my wife got, I am giving this place 1-star for their lack of customer care and unprofessional behavior. read more

These are suites ran by independent stylists and cosmetologists (running their own businesses). Don't pay a dime until you've met your stylist/cosmet. and even looked at their suite. I randomly booked a service and had a bad experience here. The suite I went into was not very clean either, it was dirty and dusty. Won't go back. read more

I give 5 Stars for hair stylist, Crissie Perez. Simply the BEST Hair Stylist in the metroplex! She has a talent for knowing exactly what needs to be done to your hair to complement your features. She listens to your concerns and opinions and works with you to create a healthy style just for you. She has never pressured me to buy product that I didn't want/need. I have had Stylist do this before and it's so irritating, but you won't have to worry about that with Crissie. When she recommends a product for you, she explains Why and How it will benefit your hair. The first few times I went, I immediately dismissed her recommendations because I had been burnt in the past by other places and have a whole shelf of stuff at home I bought and never used. Then I came in early one day for an appointment and the lady before me was talking about the shampoo/conditioner had worked miracles on her hair. So I decided to actually listen to Crissie's recommendations this time. I could totally kick myself for not doing it sooner. I learned right then, Crissie was not like the other Stylist I had been too. For her it's about me as an individual and making sure I am happy. Sure, ultimately she does run a business and she does have to make money to be successful, but that is not her main reason for doing what she does. That is what sets her apart.
