It was my first professional massage and my masseuse was Camron. She was so sweet and very responsive to my needs. 5/5 for services. The only downside was the front desk staff / spa attendants not communicating to the kitchen that we had the meal package. So after a 30-ish minute delay and a very sweet chef explaining the situation to us in the dining area, we finally were able to enjoy our orange chicken and rice meal. 5/5 for the meal, 3/5 for the unnecessary delay caused by front desk/attendant staff. She was warm, welcoming, and prior to starting the massage she told me to let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure at any time. Oh, my goodness. Torei's hands were magical. She spent extra time on my trouble area, as requested, and my overall experience with her was great. I wanted more time, but only booked for 50 minutes. I left Daired's relaxed and felt like I was walking on a cloud. Torei gets 5-stars Next time I'll be sure to choose Torei for my massage service. My only critique is for the front desk. Upon arriving, I indicated I was there for an appointment and provided the name of the person I booked with. The front desk person didn't mention that my masseuse would be different. Once I provided the name of the person my appointment was with (based on my confirmation email) that was an opportunity to provide another layer of customer service from the front desk and mention the appointment showed with someone else, since Daired's made the change to the appointment. In general, it's not good practice to rely only on technology to make a customer aware of changes to their appointment that Daired's made.

Make-up couldn't fix it. I'm glad all my graduation events are over because this is a no. I also don't mind growing them out again, but like this is my face. I'm so annoyed that this happened and that she didn't even ask me specifically what I wanted. I just assumed she would've taken little hairs and then go ask me from there. You can't put hair back so it's always better to be safe than sorry. I won't be seeing here again, but I haven't had issues with other eyebrow artist. I called to ask what the name of the lady was and told her what happened. She didn't say much but to grow them out, I also told her I wasn't mad, because I'm not. Stopped in on the chance I might get to consult with someone about my hair frustration. Kathy took the time to listen, ask questions, and make suggestions. Not pushy - really helpful! I ended up with a haircut I truly like. We discussed next steps, other options, and there was no pressure. She even texted me pics the next day of options I might be interested in for color.
