Legacy Tint was prompt in responding throughout the whole process. They explained the difference between carbon and ceramic film and gave quotes. After waiting to get quotes from other businesses, I ultimately decided to go with Legacy Tint. Although their prices were on the higher end, I didn't mind as I prefer to pay for something that will last longer or for life vs having to replace every few years. What really sold me was their lifetime warranty. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. (Again, that responsiveness!) The guys were nice and easy going, answered my questions and reassured my concerns. They promised it would be done in 3 hours and it was done in 2.5 hours. Good quality tint & reasonable price, they were able to get us in same day & out. Customer service was okay, my husband wanted dark tints & we were offered illegal tints. Somehow they convinced him & he came home with illegal tints, 20% front side windows when CA tint law is 70%. We didn't get his name, but he told my husband he also has 20% front on his Prius & has never been pulled over.
