They did a good job. I'm only leaving a review to mention that it's been 2 years and I'm getting their tint removed and redone somewhere else. First, I was misquoted for the tint, I guess I didn't ask for the 'ceramic' quote over the phone and was rushed through the initial process at the front desk when i arrived for my appointment. The lady wasn't very helpful and it was my first time ever getting tint on a new car so I didn't know the differences and was very overwhelmed. I've just been really unhappy with how it looks and feels for the past 2 years and I found a place patient enough to walk me through the process and redo them. This is on me and not on this shop. I took my 2021 camry in two days ago and had them tint my ride and they did an excellent job. This is my 2nd camry I have had them do. My older camry sits in the sun daily and after all this time it shows no sign of aging ....bubbles or peeling etc. All the windows still look as good as they did the day they were done. If I could leave no star I would! I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I've received. In November 2023, I had the roof of my vehicle wrapped black. However, two months ago, the antenna began peeling. I reached out to the shop multiple times about having it rewrapped, and every time I contacted them, I was told to bring my vehicle in the following Monday. When I showed up, they claimed they didn't have the black wrap in stock and asked me to return the next Monday. On the third attempt, I was told they had no time to wrap the antenna and should come back again the following Monday. Today, I made the 30-minute commute from Fresno to Madera, only to be told by an employee that they couldn't work on my vehicle until they spoke with their boss, despite me being advised to bring it in today. For the fourth time, I was turned away. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I am very disappointed with how this business operates. I will not be recommending this shop to friends or family due to the constant delays and lack of communication. Since I was in Madera, CA I looked up local wrap shops and found Optimum Tint. I spoke with the owner Angel who was able to squeeze me in last minute. I will definitely be recommending this business! read more

I came to Joe's Mobile Tint now known as The Tint Shop by Joes Mobile Tint now. Needing to get my Princess mobile tinted after I bought my car. My co worker highly recommended The Tint Shop as she will only have this company touch her cars. I looked at the work on her cars after work and my mind was made up to come here. Anywho I was greeted by a young man name Jose who informed me that they were closed for window tints for the day but is able to go over pricing and set an appointment, which was fine with me. I went over all the tints I wanted and asked a million questions. Jose was very patient and polite and helped me narrow down the percentages. We tested the ceramic vs non ceramic and I opted for ceramic everything as I tend to get have more hot flashes than anyone I know. I opted to get my windshield slightly tinted, front and seat, and rear windows with ceramics. I totally forgot my car had a sunroof and they even put ceramic tint on it for me! After all the logistics we scheduled my baby in. Jose informed me that he will be able to pick up and drop off my car. Which I was impressed they even offer such a nice perk! Which takes away the added stress worrying how I am gonna get to work or Uber or lift fees. Plus their new van is on fleek! So, since I already paid the day before all they had to do was just give me my keys back. When I saw my Princess Mobile, she looked so bomb! I could not be happier with the end results...however for their reputation to be high end tinting is true to the word! My car was left immaculate. I didn't have any complaints. They definitely respect your car and take their jobs seriously. Also, the workers are very confident too! Unfortunately, my dude got his window busted out recently and he loved how PERFECT my tints were so he decided to have his windows tinted by The Tint Shop. We came in and was instantly greeted by Jose. Once again, he was very professional and a delight to work with. Well if it's the shop that has TTS, like in the pictures then yes, if not my apologies. I did in fact take my car 3 times to fix the issue at THE TINIT SHOP Joe didn't seem to care of what was wrong. I kept telling him I'm driving 40min to get this resolved and the first two times told me the issue would go away never did so I just gave up. Not a FALSE REVIEW. Well I thought it was the best place to get windows tinted that's why I did drove 40min, but if you're saying your business is not worth the travel I believe you now. Arianna was very helpful and explained my tint options. She quoted me an hour to three hour window for completion since I had two cars ahead of me. Also, if that were true why didn't they "shift" and the gap reappear after it being redone? As I said in my review I do not have the time to go back and have it redone a third time as it takes a whole day to have it done being that it's a far drive for us to get out there. That is absolutely not true. You did not attempt to interject at all or I would've loved an explanation, like Joe gave. But you stood there and then very rudely accused me of being aggressive because I was showing you the areas I was not happy with and said someone else will help me and turned away immediately. THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL. So please do not antagonize me about professionalism. I understood the part of the bubble area not sealing completely, fine. But the back window, I was told that the tint was laser cut for all pieces and then there's that evidence of the jagged cuts in the back? That doesn't make sense. Joe was immediately able to explain things to me without giving any attitude and being professional, and that's not what I received from you. The first time I was a no show because I was pregnant when I first came in to get the tint done and by the time the appointment came to look at the tint I had had my baby that week so a 5 minute appointment coming from Los Banos to just look at tint was not a priority. I did however come in for the second appointment to go over the tint, again, coming from Los Banos for a 5 minute appointment. Honestly I don't plan on having it fixed anymore by your company. As much as I did love the work on my previous cars and the price wasn't as much of a factor due to Joe's previous quality of service, that is no longer the case. I had previously backed this company and recommended to those in the area, since I lived in Madera for years but I can no longer do that with assurance that they won't be treated unprofessionally. read more

Absolutely Horrible service!!!! I went in to get tint on my windows, over the phone the guy seemed to be very helpful and scheduled me for a weekend service. When I got there he told me that they wouldnt be able to get to my car this week! I explained to him that I can't wait another week because I was going out of town. He told me he would fit me in. A couple days later the tint on my window started to bubble. I called and they said that they would fix it that same day. When I went to drop my car off I over heard Joe telling the worker that it was my fault because I "rushed" them! I told them to just bring my car back out and I would take my business somewhere else. read more

The tint felt really high prices 650 for all windows but you know everything thing is now a days. The reason for the lower stars is I had called in advance to get a quote and they quoted me a price but when I got there it was $200 more to upgrade from their standard tints to ceramic tint. The whole point of the tints is to block the sun right? So why would I go with the one that lets heat in? Anyway I wish they would have let me know before hand that they offered two different types and gave a more accurate quote. I think the worst part was when I explained what I was quoted he laughed about it and wouldn't come down on the price. Im not gonna beat this company down though because they did a good job , and iv had no issues with the tint, in addition to the shop being clean and nice, I just wish our encounter would have been better cause I had a lot more business from them. read more

I'd like to add my tint was placed on poorly specifically on the right window, and to avoid conflict with the owner I'm simply going to take a loss. Just don't go here. Avoid the hassle. EDIT: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Owner just called me to try to set things "straight." She asked what she could do to fix things and when I proposed anything she'd go on a rant. After denying ceramic tint (after she offered it) I said $40 would do. She basically called me money hungry and said she'd reply to my review which leads to the continuation of poor customer service and lack of communication. They probably just reply to all the negative comments where things don't go their way. In regards to the alcohol comment, I as the consumer witnessed one thing which I cannot confirm or deny is that no bod on the premises actually drank as the owner told me. Though due to perception I can't say what truly happened. She also mentioned that because the car I had was a charger it had to take longer on the back window, which I understand, but it would've been nice if they would've given me a more reasonable time frame once they saw it was a charger vehicle. Wish the best for the company but this was simply a bad experience on behalf of the customer. There was a nimiety of issues for a place that was allegedly professional at what they do. If you're looking to get tint definitely go elsewhere this place is NOT professional. I was quoted a price over the phone yet was charged 10 dollars more upon arriving. Aside from already being deceived I was told that the wait would be no longer than 2 hours yet the job took nearly 3 hours. I was not given a call nor any form of notification that my vehicle was ready, yet when I walked into the shop my car was all of a sudden ready. They claimed there was technical difficulties and I can understand that but the unprofessionalism of not letting the customer know was just questionable to say the least. Not living in madera I strolled around for a while waiting for my vehicle but after some time of waiting near the premises I saw an individual walk into the shop with alcohol which leads me to question why the work actually took hours if potentially on the clock alcohol drinking is allowed. I made an appointment for 6:00 pm on monday june 7, 2021 for an estimate on my windows at home. The time was 6:30 pm an the lady / owner had not shown up to my house. I called her at her office to find out why she had not shown up. she said that there was to much work and that she would not be able come to till 8:00 pm. I brought my very first car here years ago and the tint was great and held up through the years. Now, 5 years later, I brought my new car here and I had the same great experience. First off, the price I was quoted was accurate. I was charged the same amount I was quoted when I paid for my service. The staff was very knowledgeable. I spoke with the wife I believe and she answered all of the questions that I had (I had a lot). She also showed me an example of the tint on the same car so I could see how it would look. I brought my car in and dropped it off and it was ready a few hours later. I followed the instructions they gave me and it turned out great. You do have 30 days to bring it back if there are any problems that you see with the tint, however, I had zero issues with it. The only difference I noticed is that prices have increased, but that is to be expected. It's been 5 years, COVID happened, and every other place has also increased prices, so I wasn't shocked. I got quoted over the phone for the passengers, drivers and back window for 160. However upon arrival I was told that there would be an additional charge to change it from standard tint to ceramic. This wasn't a big deal until Joe told me the price. It went from 160 to 480 by changing films which is 3x the cost of the original price quoted. I was just fine with paying up to double but his mark up prices in tint film makes his shop uncompetitive in pricing not to mention the distance to drive. Advice: if you're going to give a quote you should also note that it's for standard tint and maybe just maybe you can mention n different prices for all your films over the phone. Edit: You can tell how offended Joe became by bashing what I experienced. If anyone wants to get great customer service in Fresno, y'all should stop by Tint Pros off Blackstone in Fresno which offers great customer service and life time warranty. The funny thing is, I ran into a customer at Tint Pros who also had a negative experience with Joe's tint business. By the way, I paid less than what you quoted me at 350 with a life time warranty and thanks for the ad hominem attack. read more
