I came to this clinic to see Dr. Sales as a patient with kidney failure after having a particular…read moreset of Lab & urine tests. The news I received was horrific - Stage 4 of 5 Stages in kidney failure. Even tho, Dr. Sales was pleasant and professional and gave me the written literature and verbal I needed to understand my illness. However, over the next months, she was not available, so my PCP was the professilo all who began helping me thru my he struggle. Every 3 months, I'm supposed to take the special series of Lab/Urine tests, and Dr. Sales was to explain the results. That's NOT happening! I took the tests a month ago, and have tried to schedule a virtual appointment with Dr. Sales ever since but have been told "You can't be seen by Dr. Sales for 2-3 months", which to me is unexceptionable! "...because their docs are spread too thin...I'll talk to Dr. Sales and call you back." I've called every week since having taken the Lab tests, but NO HELP...NO APPOINTMENT! NO DOC ABLE TO SEE ME! Being as my life is hanging in the balances and THIS clinic - according to Dr. Sales' Medical Assistant, "NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO SEE YOU..." if I could give THIS clinic NO STARS, I would! Dr. K essentially ran nearly an hour late to begin. Then spent the 45 minutes of my appt asking me…read moreto show him the test results on my phone through my chart because he couldn't find them. Stared at his computer screen, typing and making comments on the chart. He spoke to myself and my son in the appt for 3 minutes! Never felt more disrespected in my life. Aside from this he never listened to the answers when he asked questions. Much information on my chart is wrong due to his lack of focus on me as a patient. Oh we never discussed anything about my kidney function and the labs dealing with my kidney function, because he could not find anything. But he sure typed a lot.

Dialysis is not fun for anybody. It's very tedious, time consuming and a bit stressful…read more The staff here has made the process easy. They are fun, kind and very informed. I look forward to my visit with them. This process would have not been anywhere near my abilities without them. It's not that I can recommend this business because I wouldn't want anybody to have kidney failure but if you do and you need dialysis, please reach out to these people.
