I submitted 14 pages of documents, (my printer can only print front documents), and all documents were signed and dated 7-06-2026. I was informed by Giovanni 7-07-26 that the signatures and dates were not submitted and I had to redo the paperwork. I saw the paper work and it was re-printed on both sides and no signature documentation was present. And no original signatures could be located. I had to resubmit signatures and dates again 07-07-2026. I am very frustrated that I was fibbed too and made out like a fool.
