I had the worst of days, I owed a substantial amount of money to the IRS. I had the best of days. As I was leaving and 10 kinds of bummed out, I was thanked for my service. I kinda glared at the nice guy because I was not happy. He asked if he could take a second look and we sat down together as he checked and asked a question regarding a loan repayment. It made all the difference. Bingo! Nice refund! I continued to use their services and had some complicated situations they helped me with. I still use their services all the way from Seattle. I have been a happy customer for about 13 years. I still get the best service ever!! I highly recommend TRS!

Marc has always been very patient with me, although every year I come in at the last minute.
