I had varicose veins for several years, but I didn't realize that the symptoms I was experiencing (heaviness, restless leg syndrome) were caused by them. I had multiple procedures done on both of my legs, & I noticed almost immediately relief from my symptoms after the very first procedure! My legs look better, but more importantly, feel much better! I am extremely pleased with the results, & have referred several friends & family members to them. All of the physicians I saw were professional & friendly, & the entire staff made it a very positive experience for me. read more

I went to Legacy a month ago. I had both legs done a week apart from one another. I had an ablation on one and laser on the other other. I was very happy with my experience there. Office staff, nurses and both doctors I had were fantastic! They were welcoming, friendly, patient, and kind. They answered any and all questions I had. They also made my experience as pain free and relaxing as possible. There was a wonderful cream I applied to my legs to numb the nerves. And then just before procedure they gave me medication that totally relaxed me. They played wonderful music also. And I had a nurse who even sang! I loved it. At one point we were all singing together! I'm sorry the previous lady didn't like her experience there. But I am highly recommending Legacy Vein Clinic. I had thought about going to a doctor closer to me in Michigan. I heard about him after my first visit to Legacy. Decided to stick with my first choice. And after sharing my experience with others at work, the ones who had gone to the other doctor here in Michigan were jealous and did not have near the experience I did. Thank you Legacy!!! DON'T GO HERE! I had an endovenous ablation done in April of 2016. First I got an infection and they did prescribe antibiotics. But after a week my leg was still red and swollen and my foot began to swell. I made an appt. to see the dr. and the nurse did an ultrasound and said she didn't know why my foot was swollen, but I had no blood clot. I wanted to see the dr. but he wouldn't come in. The nurse took a pic of my leg on her phone and showed it to him in his office and said I was fine. I then made an appt. with another dr. who said the treatment Legacy did, did not work and would need to be redone. Legacy did offer to redo the surgery, but at this point I have lost all confidence in Legacy. Why did I have go to another dr. to prove that something was wrong? Now I have to pay another deductible for the second surgery. I feel Legacy should be not be charging me the deductible and they refused to deduct it from the billing. read more
