Since then I have been harassed by the local, trigger happy, PD based on the same complainant's calls for utter nonsense. To cover this period, I was required to purchase a four-month insurance policy, with the assurance that I would be reimbursed for the unused portion once coverage was no longer needed. However, that reimbursement never materialized. Despite their initial assurances, I was ultimately asked to pay the full amount. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I would not choose to work with this company again. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to others, as their practices appear to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.
