This man proceeded to answer the phone caller's questions and took their order...while making me wait at the counter. Tried to get his attention, but his phone caller was WAY more important than a cash-paying customer ready to spend some money in his store. As a (formerly) longtime customer who went to this store in the middle of the pandemic, in spite of the Covid-19 health risks, I don't appreciate inconsiderate and disrespectful sales people. The manager of this store should use some common sense and stop chasing away loyal repeat customers.

I brought it home eager to try it, I plugged it in to charge and realized that it wasn't charging as efficiently as I thought it would, so I called the store and asked the associate as to why after 2 hours it still had not charged, and he stated that you just have to give it some more time and it will charge. Finally after it's fully charged they were closed, when I tried to use it, I went through all the functions in the guide the book said to, for auto and manual nothing worked, so I watched a bunch of different YouTube videos on how to use it, and nothing worked. Needless to say I was very unhappy so I call them in the morning soon as they open and I told him I wanted to return it due to the fact that it was defective and he told me no returns.
