Awful company, stay away! After years of paying the monthly monitoring fee we sold our house. Since…read morethe new house had an alarm monitored by another alarm company we canceled with AAA and they demanded two months of payments. They credited one month and I paid for the second month. Several months later I get a letter from their collection agency demanding one month of monitoring fees. Not even one letter asking for payment so no opportunity to pay the balance even though the rep waived the fee verbally over the phone. Deceitful or incompetent? I was looking to install a new alarm system in my new house, now I know I will not be using AAA. Is this how you treat a customer who paid you consistently for 14 years without one missed payment AAA? Send them to collections over one freaking payment? One that was billed by mistake (obviously since we didn't even receive a final bill or statement).

Pl contact me as I need your support to face this (giant) contractor threatening to harm my property . Installed roughed-in alarm system. Created rush (panic) when it got closer to install date. Very poor in keeping records. Weak in building trust with customer. They do not abide by their own written agreement,which stipulates most payment before start of work. After several months. you may be contacted for evidence of payment, lest you will be asked to pay again or face harassment. How many of us can pay twice for same work ? It has been big headache to work with this company. I won't recommend anyone to go through this hassle. I will appreciate feedback from others. It will provide me strength and courage to face them.
