The quick response to my email and the same-day service to assist us was greatly appreciated. We couldn't open the garage door more than a few inches, so our vehicles were essentially trapped in the garage. Braeden arrived promptly at the scheduled time and immediately recognized the problem. He quickly got the door open and provided a quote to replace the springs. Upon approval to proceed, he got to work and had the door functioning again in a couple of hours. He had all the parts on hand to do the repair immediately and lubricated everything so the door operated more quietly. Before he left, he provided helpful advice on the correct type of lubrication to use and pointed out where to lubricate the door in the fall and spring. I recently had my single garage refitted with a left and right garage door spring. Hunter, did an excellent job of both removing and replacing the the garage door spring's on my older garage. The garage door is perfectly aligned, and working great. On Jan 15th when I approached my garage. I used my remote control to open my garage door. After parking my car in the garage when I attempted close the door, the system was dead and the only way that I could close it was by doing it manually. At first I taught that a fuse was burned out, checked all were ok. My security camera is plugged into the same electrical outlet as the door opener which dead. The camera was working fine so no problem with the outlet. So I tried plugging the garage door opener to a different outlet, opener still completely dead. I called the office and reported what was a happening and was told that they would send some one out to check it next day. Before the tech arrived I went into my garage and notices that all the lights were now on and the door was now working. The system was plugged into a active outlet all this time yet it did not work. Next day when i went to open the door for the tech. What a wonderful surprise the opener is back working be itself and I was handed a bill for $183 dollars. WOW read more

Last year my garage door would not always close. I contacted another company who told me that my motor was dead and needed to be replaced. A broken garage door is frustrating....phoned Manitoba Garage door, a company we had used approximately 5 years ago. There happened to be a service man in our area and we welcomed a quick response time. The worker ( apologies, cannot remember the name) fixed the door. Just prior to the breakdown we had decided anyway to replace the door before winter. The service man was informative about choices and we chose to follow through and get a new door before the snow arrived.... Today Ben arrived to install the door. They charged me for an estimate which they said was going to be free. $100 estimate for a 1 minute look and said it was a door they don't normally service so the charge was going to be higher, like $700 vs $250 over the phone. My garage door would not descend on Saturday, May 21, 2023. I called Manitoba Garage Door, a Winnipeg company that had done work for me at another address. I was advised how to close the door manually . I was assured someone would be out to attend to the door after the Victoria Long Weekend. Bradon arrived just after noon on Tuesday. He assessed the issue and explained the problem to me. He corrected the problem and then lubricated the moving parts plus tightened bolts that had loosened with use. a note of thanks to your technicians Hunter and Ethan for their prompt and efficient work on my garage door wall control units. The one garage control was always off and on, often not lighting up with power. Upon removing the unit, Ethan discovered that the wire was too short, was embedded into the drywall and was barely making contact. He extended the wire, replaced the control. All is good. Meanwhile, Hunter adjusted the springs, changed the rollers etc. Not what I expected but very welcomed service. The doors are operating smoother than day 1, 7 years ago.
