Leonarda is a gem. She is a down-to-earth, patient, and knowledgeable teacher. Her methods and techniques really do work. Her lesson plans help break down difficult questions into their component parts so that the answers become clearly visible after analysis. They save you time and improve your accuracy. I am very glad I met Leonarda. I honestly was very intimidated by the LSAT and was not sure how to approach studying. I highly considered online and classroom courses, but I just felt that having a private instructor was going to make the difference for me. But personality was going to be a big deal for me. I was looking for a private instructor I could trust and feel totally comfortable and relaxed around. And I am extremely happy with who I chose. Leonarda was a great tutor. I am a huge fan of Leonarda and recommend her without any reservations. She is a one of a kind find. I took a group class with her which was overwhelming because it went at a very fast pace and later used her as a private tutor. She is excellent, teaches you the concepts you need to know and makes sure you understand them and can apply them in each section of the LSAT. Leonarda is absolutely the best LSAT tutor there is. I was referred to her by my academic counselor. I had worked with two other tutors before and had bad experiences. After working with a horrible tutor who didn't know what he was doing and self-studying on and off for a few months, I stumbled upon Leonarda's LSAT prep course. Because of my past experience, I was very picky about the next tutor I chose to work with. I wanted a structured, carefully thought out study plan with one on one personalized help. Most importantly, I wanted someone who was very familiar with the test and had goals and lesson plans for every time we would meet, as opposed to just going over random questions I got wrong. If you really want to improve your LSAT score, I would strongly recommend you work with to Leonarda - she is extremely knowledgeable about the LSAT and has so much experience as an LSAT tutor. She will work with you on any area of the test that you feel you need the most assistance with and help you develop different approaches/strategies that are most suitable to you. She also does her best to be as flexible as possible, so you are able to fit the tutoring sessions into your schedule. I got a 161 on the September 2018 LSAT. Leonarda is a real anomaly among LSAT tutors. While her expertise is unmatched, the true magic is in her personability and talent to make complicated concepts digestible. When I first met Leonarda, I was scoring 155. I quickly jumped to 165 after only 8 weeks, and soon after reached my final 172. I'm confident that I wouldn't have gotten a 172 with a different tutor. It's been over a year since I took my LSAT and we still stay in touch, just a cherry on top of the mountains of evidence that Leonarda considers her clients' goals as her own. I worked with Leonarda for about three months before my LSAT. Her lessons are crisp and her familiarity with the tests, question trends, and tricks is astounding.
