Also, baseball field is kind of uncommon pick for wedding venue! Overall it was a great experience. There were at least a couple hundred guests, but we had the whole place to ourselves - pretty much the entire day. It was a great celebration with the ceremony being a mixed Indian/Christian wedding! The venue itself was big enough to accommodate some special requests. The ceremony started with the groom riding a horse. Then he switched the back of pickup truck that was blasting music. Everything else was inside, but the night finished with fireworks! I heard that the 'before' pictures were actually taken on the field itself. All of this was within the venue, so that was really nice as a guest.

It's been a minute since I've been to a children's soccer match, and all I've attended were at…read moreMcGucken Park in Huntsville, or at Madison, AL area church ball parks. We attended our 4 year old grand daughter's first soccer match at HSP on Friday, 04/08/2022. It was an unusually blustery drizzly April evening. The park is less than 2 miles from my "bonus" daughter's house, and has police officers directing inbound traffic which is nice. I didn't notice lots of expansive bleachers, so bring your own folding chair. Although the Park layout I'll upload indicated a concessions area, I didn't venture far enough I guess, since grand daughter played in area 6. I was starving and happy Jimmy John's had a tiny table set up to sell ~ 4 inch sized ham sandwiches or turkey sandwiches. They were $3.50 each. They also had an assortment of chips, and I think, drinks. I didn't see any vending machines. There were several benches around, doggie poop bag stations, picnic tables, and covered restroom/pavilions. The kids had a great time, everyone was kind, and the restrooms were clean! The reason for no 5th star is they need additional parking. Parking filled up super quickly.
