It's not surprising they have so much impulse purchase products at the cash, you wait so long!! They do have a separate Baby department now which, if we still needed it, would be a godsend as before, none of the staff seemed to know anything about the baby products and there was never any staff around. You try asking a 18 year old guy who works there on a saturday about which baby monitor is the best or which stroller is the safest.

I have a tween-ager and we visit A LOT of H&M's around both Montréal and other cities. They're mostly the all same... my daughter loves them... the negatives for this location is they really pack in a lot of clothes into this small space. It's really hard to move around without bumping into someone or knocking something over. The pluses: the staff are really friendly and the line-up is relatively short to use the change rooms (compared to what we've seen in other cities).

I was in luck that I found two t-shirts that were lovely and great price as well. As for quality? I can't speak well of Old Navy's clothing quality. They are often very think fabric/cotton and very flimsy. Indeed it's inexpensive, but the quality doesn't justify the price. However that is not the worse part. Customer service is this particular location of Old Navy is one of the very worse I've encountered, and this comparing with many major retails I have been to. Once I was ready to pay, I notice that there were 8 cash lines available. Sadly, only one was open while two other co-workers were chatting among each other. When I stood in line, I had six people in front of me. Six! Keep in mind.. Employees were either floating around the store doing little to nothing or talking. After a 15 minute wait to pay, I very professionally and politely said to the person at the cash. "Strange that you have 8 cash registers, and only one open, it would have saved all of us quite a bit of waiting time" Their response "It's Monday.. We don't need more people to work at the cash, this is how it normally is" With the added tone of attitude and shoulder shrug. Did I mention there was another employee working at the cash(It was closed, of course) simply and only folding clothe. While the employee kept looking at the line how it kept growing and growing, never did they bother to do anything about. So since they do not bother to focus on good customer service and manners, I will not bother ever again in purchasing anything else from any Old Navy. Period! Never should a store or restaurant be rewarded in any way by providing you poor service. So I move on to many other store selections.

People think it's cute but to their selfishness do not realize there are people with Allergies, phobias, plus they do not think at any given moment these animals can urinate anywhere merchandise included... and who will clean up the mess ? The poor employee ? I have nothing against animals / pets etc ... but enough is enough leave your pets at home , we as humans do not need pet germs, hair and dandruff all over the place , keep them at Home ! I was so disappointed im walmart kirkland to i been going there every 2 weeks for groceries for the…read morepast 6 years never had a problem till today as I was so embarrassed and felt profiled by the staff/manager so as I was checking out at the self service cash I noticed to of the employees watching me like a hawk ok at first didn't think anything about it as that's there job than after paying and arriving at the exit I was approached by the 2 ladies and 2 other men asking to see my bill again just doing there job since I had things under the cart but then one lady starting digging in my bags when I asked if there was an issue she completely ignored me and continued rummaging through my things so I ask again a few times politely if there was a problem finally she responded that I did not scan some items and continued digging in my things pulling out bread saying it's not on the receipt I had to show her that both breafs were on there than she pulled out my 35cent noodles mind you in just spent 350$ asking me how many I have and were is it on the bill I showed her and she dug them out of bag and counted them this went on for 18 mins of my time wasted and embarrassed and insulted once I put my bags in the car I went back in to service counter to file a complaint it was one of the women at the counter I asked how do I file a complaint she pointed out the manager that was the other woman that had just wasted my time so I asked her how can I file a complaint and she told me to see the woman at the service counter and she just told me to see you and they looked at each other and laughed so all this to say I will never be going back to this walmart again . Pricing isn't cheap but it's not super expensive neither if you're smart and check all the options. The same lady helped us on each visit and she's quite the character! She's super friendly and informative. Delivery on both purchases was done as scheduled. The option to pay the gents to setup the furniture is available and they're good at their jobs! However, I'll knock down a star for their inconvenient business hours. Monday to Friday 9 to 5? We had to come during our lunch break and missed some work cycles. I understand the dream is 9 to 5 but not to offer a single window for expecting parents to come after 5 or during a day on the weekebd? What a non-sense decision that surely cost this company notable business.
