When I called them back out he basically said unless I wanted to spend another $400. He didn't know what else to do about it. I just don't feel like that was fair after spending what I did and they never told me that would not fix it. Also, he never kept his appointment time. He always came in the morning, even when I made the appointments for the afternoon for a reason and it usually took at least a week to get him here. When you have a refrigerator that shutting off you need somebody the next day.

After a quick assessment of the issue, he gave me his findings and what the cost would be. VERY reasonable price. Five days later, he arrived with the needed part (which had to be ordered) and in a short time the repair was completed. I called Bug Zero for my older mom and dad and they came out within 3 days to spray. The man who came out was extremely nice and knowledgeable about pests like roaches. He explained that roach infestations don't always mean a house or a person is "dirty" as they can hitch a ride in groceries or packages and sometimes come in seeking shelter from the weather. The exterminator sprayed and told us that that should take care of the issue - and we may see a few more In the coming days but that it meant they were dying and seeking a new place to live. Fast forward 4 months and my parents no longer have a roach issue. Bug Zero did a great job and got rid of the issue quickly and for a good price.

So, I've got a new vegetable peeler. My plain blade knives were sharpened right there on the spot. My serrated knives had to be sent away for sharpening. The kitchen shears went for sharpening, as did the garden clippers. And the pancake turner. After two weeks, I got everything back fully sharpened. And two pieces were replaced: the kitchen shears and the pancake turner. These guys aren't kiddin'. Everything is for life.
