So walking into this bridal shop definitely made me feel extremely uneasy. That uneasiness was very quickly put to rest. I was greeted warmly by Helene Senechal. She was sweet, comforting, attentive, funny, down to earth and most importantly not pushy. She gave me pointers and her opinion but never over stepped. I told her about my incapability of making decisions and she never once made me feel badly for always going back and forth (poor thing must have probably wanted to strangle me). We went over my appointment time and once again, I never felt any pressure. Thank you to Christianne Brunnelle Couture for not being one of those crazy bridal shops that makes people run out the opposite way. And a HUGE thank you to Helene Senechal for making my experience truly wonderful. We too often are quick to make complaints however the good experiences should be shared as well. I absolutely suggest going to Christianne Brunelle Couture Nuptiale when looking around for a dress!

But, I felt like I was in the same dress with a small difference from the last one. Also, the assistant kept putting me in ball gown size 12-14 while she zipped me in a size 8 mermaid that fitted me like a glove. So of course, I felt like a ball of hay in the ball gown. The woman from the shop had me go on their website and fill out some general information in advance and then print up some different photos of dresses I liked. I had NO idea what I liked. anyway- I garnered some courage and met my girlfriends for my appointment at 10am. I walked in and the place was bustling! cute young ladies in white and ivory Everywhere! I picked 4-5 dresses with the help of an employee. She came into the change room with my and helped get the dresses on and Io and behold, the dresses were not hideous! I actually really liked one and almost considered buying it on the spot, on my first day of dress shopping ever. They also have an option to rent for almost half the price of buying. I can't remember the name of the woman who was helping me but she was outstanding. Made me feel completely comfortable and helped me to figure out what it is I want in a dress. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a fun experience wedding dress shopping.

I would not recommend this salon. Customer service should always be the first priority.

This place was the second floor of a boutique that offers only bridal and customs. Very badly lit, the place was filed with deals and we saw THE dress. We had spotted it in a different store but it was cheaper here and they thrown in a veil. But, the dress was dirty and you could tell that many other people tried it before hand. Yellow pit stain and the train was black. The sell lady tried to say that they would clean it, but really, what if it doesn't come of? Afterward she told us they would order a new one, that we would have it in 10 days. Even if it was cheaper, we did not get the dress there just because if something goes wrong we would have no back-up plans. (The wedding is in....41 days (wow it's closeeee)) It was ok.

She never asked what I was looking for and basically told me that the dresses won't fit me. Her reasoning it fits 4 sizes smaller...well then maybe mark down the sizes properly! And just be quiet and let the customer try it on. So mean spirited and lazy! Anyway I went to Claudette Floyd's store down the street and had a fantastic experience. I spent triple my budget there because she was thoughtful, professional and considerate to her customers. Don't waste your time at DressCouture.
