The choices and the quality of the stocks is a notch higher. I personally really loved the salesperson that worked with us. She was on the spot, just there enough but not imposing herself. She made my sister tried a veil even if she said didn't want it, but was so Randy-Fenolli-Right and was a great help. My only concern was the downstairs staff that looked blasé and arrogant. They spoiled the mood a little. But in the end. The floofy tulle and glitzy glitter bling of this place makes me forget about it.

So walking into this bridal shop definitely made me feel extremely uneasy. That uneasiness was very quickly put to rest. I was greeted warmly by Helene Senechal. She was sweet, comforting, attentive, funny, down to earth and most importantly not pushy. She gave me pointers and her opinion but never over stepped. I told her about my incapability of making decisions and she never once made me feel badly for always going back and forth (poor thing must have probably wanted to strangle me). We went over my appointment time and once again, I never felt any pressure. Thank you to Christianne Brunnelle Couture for not being one of those crazy bridal shops that makes people run out the opposite way. And a HUGE thank you to Helene Senechal for making my experience truly wonderful. We too often are quick to make complaints however the good experiences should be shared as well. Read this part of their sales contract carefully : ''If you wish to benefit from services of our seamstresses, please make yourself available on the appointment date which will be proposed to you (appointment from Monday to Friday, from 10h to 18h).'' This truly means they will propose one option (ex: Tuesday 10 a.m.) and they fully expect you to make yourself available. If you have super flexible work hours and can accommodate DIY's curiously customer-unfriendly policies, than maybe this is a store for you. But if you're a busy bride-to-be, learn from my mistakes and buy from a store that will lower your stress level, not add to it.

I had my dress shipped from Miami to Montreal and trusted her with all my heart. It was THE BEST decision I could have made. She helped turn my dress which I hated and looked old, in the vision I had from the start. She and Lily cared so profoundly about me, my mother in law and even my mother who tuned in through Facetime. They took the time to listen to them (and we know it's not easy to listen to two moms chatting about a wedding dress...) Most importantly, she listened to me. She kept me calm throughout the process, every seam was perfect. She was an absolute angel. In fact I loved her work so much that I ended up asking her to change up another dress of mine made of delicate organza. She sowed in flowers perfectly, turning a simple dress into a couture dress for me to change into while still looking like a princess. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement... She literally came to my four-person wedding to make sure I had someone to fluff my dress right, put me in the dress, close each button carefully, if she had the chance to be there with me (but covid kept my mom away in NYC.) She is an expert in her field. Having worked in fashion and production, I can't speak too highly of how perfect each seam, each advice, each word was. I will never go to another seamstress and I can't wait to continue to build unique dresses I am COMPLETELY in love with.

They don't care about you or your dress, they care about your money. They finished my dress late and didn't even bother to contact me. While chatting during the fitting my tailor clearly didnt listen to a word a was saying. She also used a kitchen cleaning product to get a stain off my dress. Obviously it didn't work but made it worse. I can't get over what a half assed job they did on tailoring my dress. There is so much that I am frustrated about. I picked 4-5 dresses with the help of an employee. She came into the change room with my and helped get the dresses on and Io and behold, the dresses were not hideous! I actually really liked one and almost considered buying it on the spot, on my first day of dress shopping ever. They also have an option to rent for almost half the price of buying. I can't remember the name of the woman who was helping me but she was outstanding. Made me feel completely comfortable and helped me to figure out what it is I want in a dress. Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a fun experience wedding dress shopping.

This place is awful. I brought three pieces of clothing: one required very simple alterations, and…read morewas done okay, but two required more extensive work. A pair of pants I asked to have taken in at the waist and legs came back with one leg too tight and the other even tighter. There was a difference of almost 3/4 of an inch in the taper. I insisted they be fixed, and the second attempt wasn't much better. I also brought a vintage coat from the 30s to find out if it was worth modernizing. The tailor assured me the fabric was hugely expensive wool. I told him I'd want to get the coat cleaned first to make sure it would look good, and he told me not to worry; he was going to take care of everything. When I asked if he was sure, he told me "Please, I'm here 30 years..." Well, when I got the coat back, looked like it had been sewn by a student, and it was just as unclean as it had been when I dropped it off. I brought it to a dry cleaner and the stains, as I suspected, could not be lifted. Also, the coat wasn't wool. The shop needs more craftsmanship and less con. I wouldn't go back there to hem a pair of Levi's, let alone trust them with anything of value.

They are great at helping without being pushy; very friendly, quick to get other sizes & colours, and will tell you if something doesn't quite look right. Lots of change rooms and comfortable seats for us husbands & boyfriends to wait, chat, bs, and catch up on emails and txts.
