They said they did everything right but when I made inquiries about the situation it definitely seems that they could have done things better than they did. Presently I will not encourage anyone to use their Title agency again. Absolutely no service from Evans Title is requested now. I don't know why that check mark appeared. The quality of service and the responses given after the recent transaction was unsatisfactory. Hoping and praying no one else will have the moments of stress I had when I discovered what happened with my closing.

I particularly liked that they didn't force a sale on me and in fact, they gave me the name of a nearby business that could just do a glass replacement for a chipped window. He's been out 3 times, initially to one house to take a look and give some advice and potential estimate. On another day, he went to another home and gave a quote for All windows replaced - i placed the order -- currently (July 2022), windows are taking around 8-10 weeks to come in! A third time, i called him back o the first house to replace an exterior door. They're returning in the next few days to finish the trim and molding. I would recommend this company to anyone, at the very least, to have an additional quote. The estimate for the windows turned out to be higher than the original amount. He said the aluminum wrap wasn't included -- not sure if the windows were worse than expected, but the job looks like it'll turn out higher than expected. The owner is a veteran and professional. I would hire the company again. I'll repost when I have the new windows installed
