Great place to bowl. Lanes are maintained well. Lots of food options. Friendly staff.

We made the quick drive up from Chattanooga a little after noon on a Saturday to give this place a try. It was a little busy; no problem, it's understandable people are out and about on a nice day over the weekend so we expected a little bit of a wait. But what we didn't expect was a very unpleasant and hateful staff. They acted very rudely and putout when asked simple questions. We had never been to this bowling alley before so we weren't sure how the their system worked. Every question was answered hatefully and defensively. We put our name on the list and started waiting. We enjoyed some games in the arcade and had a few soft drinks from the restaurant... no problem at all. After waiting about 45 minutes for a lane, we had not heard any names called and several lanes were open (at least 8 lanes hadn't been used for 10 minutes or so). We waited another 10 minutes then asked the worker behind the counter if they page your name over the intercom. Before we could even get to the counter one guy rudely stated they were doing the best they could as if we had asked multiple times or like we were being impatient... nothing could be further from the truth. This type of interaction continued (unprovoked) during our entire visit. We asked for two lanes since we had a larger group of 8 and hoped to cross bowl. The girl reluctantly stated she'd "try" to get us two lanes but couldn't "promise anything" even with our party size. We finally got our lanes but our request to cross bowl was 100% ignored and by this time we didn't even care to ask again since the poor attitude we'd gotten so far... The lanes themselves weren't the worst we've ever used but we did have to reset the pin setter several times. We like to bowl often and usually visit local alleys when on vacation. We have family in the Chattanooga/Ooltewah/Cleveland area and are there quite a bit. Overall, for the price the place was clean and acceptable but the poor attitude from the employees makes it very unlikely we will return to or recommend Leisure Time Bowling. If we hadn't been visiting with family for a birthday, we would've left after the first poor interaction with the employee. read more

The newest and only bowling place in Cleveland. Nothing like the mega bowling places in larger towns but for Cleveland it's all you got. The lanes are maintained and also has some video games to keep kids busy. Food and beer are available. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is rude, the website sucks, and every time I try to go bowling they don't have open lanes due to league bowling and the staff treats you like your stupid for asking even though the hours aren't posted anywhere. The ambiance of the place is mediocre at best. If you are considering bowling here you should consider a different activity because it's not worth your money or the way you will be treated as a paying customer. Would not even recommend this place to my enemies. read more

Without a doubt, Leisure Time is the premier bowling alley in Cleveland, especially since it's the only one..lol My family and I really enjoy going out for a night of bowling and I could think of no better place than LTB to go to. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is good and reasonably priced. A couple of things though, I wish you could pay after you're finished bowling vice having to pay before and I wish the party rental was a little cheaper or that you got more for the price. Other than those two little gripes, I have no problems and love Leisure Time Bowling. read more

DONT RECOMMEND: normally have a great time but past 2 times we've went they didn't warn us that we could only bowl 2 games bc of league bowling and thurs. it was my bday and we even told them we had more people coming up there so when they came up to us and told us to hurry and finish our game bc of league - I had to call 6 people who were already on way to tell them to not come and ruined my bday. read more

Nice clean place to take the family or friends for a night out of fun. Food is pretty decent and the balls and lanes are pretty well kept up. People do get a little carried away when drinking which is the only downfall to this place but other than that there are plenty of lanes to get the ball rolling. read more

Affordable rates but the customer service is lazy at best and disrespectful at worst. Older bald manager was working when we went and refused to raise the bumper for my elderly arthritic mother because "No one in your party is under 10. They're for children, not adults." He was incredibly rude and dismissive. If your looking for a family friendly spot or even decent customer service, look elsewhere. read more
