I have to say she is very difficult to deal with and I heard she does this very often to customers who make a reservation with her.... Quote "It's her business and she will do what she likes!" I have to commend "The Braeburn Inn" for their outstanding Motel and Service and would highly recommend them for any overnight stays in the Ft Quapelle Area! They know how to treat their guests!

There is a waffle maker! Also, the tap water is honestly undrinkable. The tap water seems to be like that everywhere in Esterhazy so it's not the hotel's fault, but I'm just warning you. It tastes salty... That is the best way I can describe it. The worst way is that it made my tea taste like leftover instant noodle soup. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although I did have some issues with the thermostat at first. My only complaint is that one day the cleaning person threw my pajamas onto my suitcase, which was sitting on the floor in order to make the bed. I am extremely anal about the bed cleanliness. If I had other pajamas to wear I would have forsaken those ones because they were clearly compromised by coming into contact with the floor/my suitcase.

On the website it states that pets are allowed. We arrive at the hotel and we get turned around because they aren't "pet friendly" but it states on there website that they are? The lady at the desk was extremely rude. Would not waste my time at this hotel. Go to the hotel beside it that's called Sleep INN, good pricing and everything they say on there website is true!
