Yet, Mr. Monge went through my files with a fine-tooth comb. Sometimes SSA misses details and so Mr. Monge made sure that the Social Security Administration flagged my file for expedited processing as I was a 100% disabled veteran. During several critical moments, the family member being represented was misled by "advices" from "friends".
