If you've ever seen the Seinfeld episode with the Soup Nazi, you'll have an idea of what level of customer service to expect. Maria very well may be a capable agent, but be prepared for horrible communication and extreme moodiness. If they feel like responding they will, if they don't then no soup for you. While I was working with them on a very urgent matter, they would take days to reply to an email or return a phone call. Another time they closed for 2 consecutive non-holiday business days with no explanation, no email replies, no outgoing message explaining the closure, and a full voicemail box. When I very politely asked about this, she said it's none of my business and quite rudely scolded me for having the nerve to ask. It's not her fault if insurance companies are slow to respond. But rather than just tell us this, they choose to be non-responsive, refuse to give simple updates, and blame the customer for simply requesting proper communication. If you're looking for an insurance agent who will leave you hanging when you need them most, this agency if for you.
