I asked for a gel pedicure and came in with gel already on -- the tech did regular polish WITHOUT confirming. I was understanding, told her it was fine as long as it was done right, and even tipped her. The polish chipped and came off BOTH feet THE SAME DAY -- not even 24 hours later. When I came back, I was told I'd have to pay $50 to redo it in gel and was told "that's how regular polish is" and "you should've gotten gel" -- WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. After all of that, they offered me $10 back. I called to follow up and was told it was a "mistranslation" and compared my situation to someone eating a full meal at a restaurant and asking for a refund -- which is nothing like what happened. I was given the WRONG SERVICE, it failed SAME DAY, and was met with rudeness at every single step. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company.
