The place is clean, ALL staff is friendly, reasonable prices and a welcome package for new clientele. Johanna paid great attention to what I wanted and feel of my hair. I kept my length but trimmed and angled to curve my face. She styled my hair beautifully, I wish I could do it my self. Really I haven't been to a place where I would look forward to going...this is a place I can look forward to going to in the future.

I still made it there by 10:15 AM, and the moment I walked in, the receptionist told me to go straight to the wash. But as soon as I mentioned I had a Groupon, everything changed. Suddenly I was told they couldn't take me because I was "late." I tried explaining that the only reason I was late was because they changed the location on me with barely any notice, but they didn't care. Instead, I was met with attitude and zero professionalism. No apology, no effort to reschedule, just a rude dismissal. I ended up wasting over an hour of my morning driving back and forth for absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable. If you're going to change your location last minute, the least you can do is honor your appointments or have the decency to be respectful about it. Terrible customer service. I will never be returning, and I don't recommend anyone else does either -- especially if you're using a Groupon. You'll be treated like a second-class customer.

It was all okay! We all laughed about it and my hair was still completely taken care of as promised. I left the salon feeling so good. My hair needed a lot of love, and love it was given. I don't remember who did my hair, but she was wonderful. Everyone that worked my hair was amazing. I will absolutely return for touch-ups on my hair.
