Next I started with three Guillardeaux oysters. They were so plump and sweet. Astounding, actually. I could have made a meal of these if not so expensive (€3.50 each). I also tried a small croquette of Roquefort and spinach that was everything a croquette should be. Next up was an amazing Thai fish cake. It was crunchy and tender and mildly spicy with a nice hit of fresh coriander. It was a starter that I was sad to see disappear so quickly. It's a taste I want to experience again.
