Then on the day of the hearing, he quit on us. He agreed with the corrupt probate investigator and my brother's appointed counsel that my brother should stay where he is at. The corrupt judge shut us down when we try to object. Tepper said to the judge, we did not know the process here. That's when the judge ended our hearing. The final bill was laughable and so false. The secretary/legal aid just did secretarial work with alot of spelling errors and grammar.
