Old blonde lady in her 60s at Ocean springs MS Branch, VERY RUDE MULTIPLE TIMES, MEAN STARES AND…read moreTREATED ME STEREOTYPICALLY AFTER JUST SEEING ME INSIDE THE BRANCH WITH MY MOM FIXING HER ACCOUNT AND GETTING ME PUT ON MY ELDERLY DISABLED MOTHER'S ACCOUNT, ANYWAY I BROUGHT A CHECK UP THERE WHICH MY MOTHER JUST HAD WROTE AND THE LADY TOLD ME SHE WAS NOT GOING TO CASH THE FULL CHECK THE CHECK WAS WRITTEN FOR $150 AND SHE SAID SHE WILL NOT TAKE IT LIKE THAT UNLESS IF IT'S ONLY GIVING ME $50 OF IT BECAUSE OF THE WAY IT WAS WRITTEN .. Same lady has been very rude, again looks at me with a mean stare and treats you like your less than her or not on her level.. this is not customer service and the check was written right was nothing wrong with the check my mother is elderly and disabled and the only reason it look A little sloppy was because of that fact I'm sure a lot of checks come in that you can barely read and this one was plain as day.. I was supposed to be put on my mother's account this week when we went up there together because my mother is unable to manage her finances on her own anymore and they told me I am not on her account and we sat in there 2 hours with that lady when she was supposed to put me on the account and didn't. And then it's 15 minutes before they close and they tell me they can't take that so I can't go back home and get another check and come back because I won't have enough time this really messes people up I was about to open an account with regions and I promise you I will never do that and anyone I ever hear with regions I promise I will talk them into getting out of this Bank rude people and ain't no one better than the next person.. I GIVE ZERO STARS ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO PICK SOMETHING TO BE ABLE TO LEAVE A REVIEW
