As soon as you enter you are greeted with a warm friendly smile and greeting. Even if the lines are long they will quickly let you know you will be taken care of soon and thank you for your patience. They also have great interest rates and financial products. Lastly, they are open on Saturdays. Big plus for me because I work weekdays and I live 45 minutes away. The people who were renting the house stopped paying rent. Just after ONE month only, NFCU froze our bank account and treated us like criminals, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They did not care at all about our problem, as "well, too bad, bur you gotta pay now or else". I went in to dispute a credit card charge regarding a product I purchased and never received. All of the conversation I had with the company was via text messages. The company agreed to refund the money and that the product was never shipped however the lady working in the branch told me she wouldn't accept text messages as evidence and that it needed to be in emails. She was so uninterested in helping in anyway. I asked her to actually call the business and they would provide the evidence she needed. After realizing she wasn't going to help I told her to just close my account and she told me to go to the tellers. She was so incompetent she didn't realize the tellers aren't authorized to close accounts. If she worked for me she would be unemployed. You will notice that the other branches will actually respond to complaints on Yelp but their manager obviously doesn't care about customers. Stay away from NFCU and especially this horrible branch.
