Unfortunately, I'm unable to post a zero-star review, if it were possible that is exactly what they deserve. I'm an Army Veteran in the process of moving across the country and found a house in Lennar's Edgewater community that my wife and I both liked, after having our realtor view the property with family that is local we decided to make an offer at full list price. They rejected our offer because we would not be able to close before March 8th. Their MLS listing which has since been taken down and relisted at a new price did NOT mention at all that they needed to close before February 29, 2024. They then told our agent that if we wanted to close on March 8, 2024 we would need to pay over $50,000 more. This is the kind of practice I would expect from a shady used car dealership, not a national level home builder. I'm genuinely appalled they would treat any potential customer this way, and hope you think twice before buying a home in their community based on this experience.
