We recently moved in to our newly built Lennar home in St. Michael, MN. In the beginning I was a little concerned about dealing with a "nationwide" builder. We had previous poor experience working with a different builder for a prior house. I had told myself i would never do new construction again. So far, with Lennar, the experience has been the exact opposite - it has been almost perfect. Our realtor told us that in his past experience with Lennar, we should not expect "perfect" but really close to perfect. I would have to say that has been our experience. I think the big difference has been the attentiveness with the specific Lennar rep (Connie) and the construction manager (Brett Stitch). Here is kind of an overview of how our experience went: Initial "Signing and Option Experience" After seeing the model and walking through a few different models, we decided on the Lennar home (the lot/location was more the driving force, but we also loved the floor plan of the "Lewis". We then sat down with Connie and went through all the options and the pricing. [A lttle negative feedback on how the options are defined: It's a little ambiguous what options come with what.] We were very lucky in the fact that the particular Lennar rep we dealt with (Connie) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the options and what comes with what. Connie was very transparent in that she represented the BUILDER, I felt like she did a very good job of not trying to "under sell" or "over sell" any options. She did an excellent job of remaining neutral while still giving us direction on options. This was a value add in that i didn't feel the "new carsalesman pressure" but was still able to understand what options are available. Once we picked out the "base features" we went to the "design center" and picked out the specifics (carpet colors/quality, countertops, lighting packages, etc). This experience was somewhat overwhelming in the fact that we would get this little tiny swatch of carpet sample and put it up to a piece of cabinet. Again, we were lucky in that the design consultant was able to help us get through this while not being "overbearing" was able to help "nudge us" in a direction to get the selections right. (when it came together, it looked amazing). One note: The base versions of carpet and countertops were cheap and did not look good.... we chose to upgrade (so need to consider that when deciding budget). Also, window treatment offerings were sparse (we chose to go with a different window treatment company). Biggest complaint is we were given two weeks to decide on everything. After that, we would be charged 2000 dollars on top of whatever changes we want to make. This was kind of an irritant. Building process The building process was great. We were provided pictures and updates by Connie on a weekly basis. We were personally out to visit the house so these were more of just an "added plus". The construction manager (Brett Stitch) was nothing short of awesome to deal with (so far). He has excellent follow through. We noticed a couple of "screw ups" along the way and they were fixed immediately - literally the next day they were corrected. For example: during the framing process, the office was framed up incorrectly, i brought this to the attention of the builder and the very next day it was corrected. Later in the construction process, i noted that one of the drain pipes in the basement was not lined up properly in the wall. I called Brett, he immediately scheduled a meeting onsite the next day. I pointed out the issue. He immediately called the plumber while we were standing there. When we came back later that day, the plumbing was fixed (keep in mind, this was during the construction process - long before we closed on the house). Closing process Brett walked us through the entire house. Brett was finding issues that we didn't even notice. The issues we noticed (couple of imperfections in the wall, really small stuff was fixed right away). One issue we have ongoing is water seepage under the garage door. This was noted on the final walk through paperwork and is an ongoing issue that so far, Brett has been very attentive to and continues to work on resolving. After close experience: We had one issue after closing so far (we have been in the house two weeks now): We had a leak in the water softener. I pointed it out to Brett after we moved in. He immediately got on speed dial to the water softner guy who was out the next day to fix the problem. So far, the only outstanding issues i have now is waiting for the sod/landscaping (a little frustrating)... Overall, it has been an excellent experience. I strongly feel that this is primarily due to Connie Kohrt and Brett Stitch. read more

Background: I purchased a home from Lennar in the Wayzata school district in the Ravinia community of Corcoran, Minnesota. I know Lennar very well from my years in Texas; Lennar has a less than distinguished reputation down there. I was expecting the sales process to be, shall we say, interesting. General impressions: Contrary to what I have seen in Texas, Lennar's after sales service in Ravinia has been stellar. In Texas, Lennar was nowhere to be seen after the sale! I have also asked other friends of mine who have purchased homes in Minnesota as well as in Texas, from Lennar as well as other national builders and have come to the conclusion, that Lennar in Minnesota is far better than Lennar in Texas. The two TLC visits at the 2 month and 11 month points of time (from date of closing) to address pretty much everything major to minor, is much appreciated. These TLC visits (I've only had one so far at the 2 month mark and I've only owned the home for about six months now) address paint smudges, nail pops, cabinet knobs, fans, light fixtures, doors, paint and so on. This is awesome service and really leaves a good vibe with the customer! Assessment of construction manager and after sales customer care: Alem (10 out of 10) Alem makes all the difference in Ravinia. I can provide several examples, but my general observation has been that Alem is very responsive, not just to me, but other residents in the Lennar Ravinia community as well. My neighbors also speak highly of him and it appears that my opinion is not singular; other people share it as well. He has addressed my HVAC issues, garage door and water flow. I do expect issues such as these will crop up in a new home, but I also expected to be left to my own devices after the sale. It is a pleasure to work with Alem; he has provided an excellent customer service experience, well beyond my own expectations. He has leveraged the HVAC vendor to address the issues in my home and the vendor has also been prompt. Being responsive is one thing and actually delivering results in addition, is actually delivering value. As a recommendation, if I had met Alem during the sales process and realized his approach, the sales process would have been much smoother. Walking into a builder's model home and talking to the sales people is common across the industry; I would have been more interested in the after sales service and would have appreciated talking to that person in the same office as well; Alem in this case. Alem's responsiveness and actual ability to resolve issues has been unexpected and much appreciated. In conclusion, Alem is a major asset to Lennar and if he were in a similar line of work as I, I would want him on my team in an instant. Assessment of sales consultant: Tiffany (10 out of 10) Tiffany has extreme attention to detail; a trait I value highly. During the sales process, I came up with several questions at different times and structured them in order of priority. To my surprise, Tiffany replied with specific answers to each question, in the same order as mine. This was over the course of 5 weeks and 15-20 emails. That alone sets her apart from most of the sales consultants I have worked with. In addition, she follows up on every outstanding item and gets back to me within a reasonable amount of time. If an item takes longer to research, she also gets back to me with an expected time by which I could expect an answer, another unexpected but very welcome trait. Assessment of sales consultant: Derek (10 out of 10) On being approached with a question or documentation that I need, Derek tends to get it done immediately. He doesn't mess around; he just gets the job done. For example, I stopped in to ask his advice on home décor (more on that later) and he mentioned the pool key. I could have completed the paperwork and dropped it off the next day, then picked up my pool key. Instead, he asked me if I had a minute to fill it out while I happened to be there. I did have a minute and in less than 60 seconds, we were done. This doesn't sound like much, but with a 10-week-old baby and a 70-hour work week, I really appreciate people who execute on the spot. On another note, Derek has incredible taste in home décor; my wife seems to like only his taste. His input in custom window shade color, rugs, sofa colors and so on turned out to be the best choices we could have made. In addition, all 3 Lennar reps mentioned above (Derek, Tiffany and Alem) possess excellent product knowledge are willing to go the extra mile in accommodating my busy work schedule. read more

We just bought a lennar home in the south metro in MN. We had very positive and very negative experiences with Lennar: The building process was very seamless and easy with Lennar. We were involved with the house from start to finish. Andrew, the job supervisor, was EXTREMELY flexible and helpful, and he communicated very well. Andrew went the extra mile for us, and he was always in our corner. This made the entire process so much easier. He was incredible. I also HIGHLY recommend working with Darrick Kline at Lennar Mortgage . If we ever had any questions, he would give us a call almost immediately to give us clarity and give answers. We had calls at 7pm on a weekday and also weekends. As first time homebuyers, we had plenty of questions that arose at random times, and Darrick always went above and beyond to make us comfortable with everything. At one point, Tatyana Carney sent us an email needing more documents regarding loan approval, and Darrick stepped in and provided an alternative route that saved us $3,000!! Darrick was always heavily involved in the process, and he did additional work that was not required to ensure we were saving as much money as possible. I can confidently say that if we had any other loan officer, we would not have had such a positive experience! Now for the thing I did not like about Lennar: Lennar is such a large company that they DO NOT accommodate your schedule for things like the final walkthrough/maintenance meeting and closing unless you flat out tell them that you won't be there. We had important work meetings with clients who travelled to MN from out-of-state on May 15th at 12:00pm. Lennar scheduled our final walkthrough from 8:30-11:30 am this day (our client meeting was a 1 hour drive from the house). Immediately upon receiving the email with this information, we called and spoke to Kimberly Ross asking if the meeting can start 1 hour earlier (7:30am) or at 3:30pm to ensure we cover all necessary material at the walkthrough. She said that the meeting must happen on May 15th and they cannot start at either of those times. We kept pushing and pushing for her to contact or to give us the phone number of the person running the meeting, and she said that she cannot move the meeting to a time that works. We told her that she can schedule the meeting for that time, but we will not be there to cover all necessary material. Once we kept pushing, she finally was willing to work with us. Within minutes, we received an email that the time was moved to 7:30am. It is extremely frustrating to see how easily and quickly Kimberly Ross contacted the employee who was running the meeting and got the time changed after she refused to even try for the first 10 minutes of our conversation. Kimberly Ross did an amazing job at being lazy and not going the extra mile! Kimberly Ross also made us feel not valued and unimportant! read more

Shannon is the best seller with the most enthusiasm, the best service quality, and efficiency that my husband Chou and I have met during the home buying process ever! At first, Chou and I planned to consult and get to know the information about buying a new house, like how long it going to take and how much money we need to be qualified for a mortgage (We are not ready yet). We have considered a lot of builders (including D.R. Horton and M/I Home, etc., because some family members have had home buying experience with M/I Home and suggested that we go to M/I Home to cooperate). When we went to see the Model Home, we were neglected by many sellers. Our initial price consideration was around $400,000. Maybe the sellers thought we had no value for cooperation, so they gave us some flyers and let us leave. We were disappointed that we did not even get a chance to get into their Model Homes and look around. We have even given up the idea of buying a new construction house and are planning to buy an old house as before which we do not want to. When I was searching online for new builds, we noticed that Lennar has the one we really like which is the Springfield design! So, I inquired about it on the website, and Shannon emailed me back the next day and made an appointment to see the Model Home. Shannon warmly welcomed us, invited us to visit the Model Home, entertained us with hot coffee and snacks, learned about our needs in detail, and recommended the house we live in now! We absolutely love our new house, it has an oversized tub, my favorite morning room, a great kitchen, and a basement can walk out! Meets all our needs! The first time we came to our new home, we wanted to buy this house! At the same time, we are very worried about whether we meet the qualifications financially because we went to the bank for a qualification assessment before the house inspection. The 400,000$ is the loan amount given to us by the bank, but it is obviously not enough. Shannon helped us contact Lennar's lender professionally and developed a loan plan for us. The interest is also 0.4% lower than the interest given by the bank! These all surprised us a lot! Shannon helped us solve a lot of difficulties! Including selling our old house, Shannon helped us contact Open-door! It avoids the process of us hanging the house in the intermediary and waiting for the buyer to buy it which is a headache for us because we don't know how long it will take! We start viewings new houses at the end of April 2022 and we move into our new home at the end of June! The whole process can be said to be very fast! All thanks to Shannon's help! I am sure there are others on the team that in the background we don't quite see, and they are also very much appreciated. To conclude, Troy, Shannon, and Heidi made our day by spending time helping us and working with us to seek out the right location and Lennar model that would suit our needs. Shannon was awesome in getting us the house we wanted. Heidi worked on getting us the best loan option available, we had to pull a switch-a-rue because, unfortunately, an increase in property taxes, but Heidi, Shannon, and Troy made this work. I have never written a commendatory letter before to praise anyone associated with a home purchase. However, there are two individuals who deserve special recognition for assisting my wife and I during our recent purchase of a Lennar home in Minnesota. In August of this year my wife and I decided to move from the Las Vegas area to Minnesota. Due to our previous experience owning two Lennar homes, we decided to look for another Lennar development in Minnesota. After looking into many Lennar developments in and around Minneapolis, we settled on Highlands of River Pointe. Owing to the distance involved we knew that the transaction would be more challenging than most. However, it turned out to be one of the easiest real estate transactions we have ever had, and it would have not been possible without the outstanding professional assistance of Lennar's sales representative, Jeremiah Norton. Jeremiah is by far the very best sales representative we have ever been involved with. He made himself available to us by phone seven days a week thereby ensuring that all of our questions and concerns were answered as soon as possible. He walked us through the complete purchase process, explaining all the nuances and differences between Minnesota and Nevada real estate transactions (and there are quite a few), helped us find a loan processor, and even assisted in allowing us to close on the home in a Lennar office in Las Vegas. A construction team member, Kevin Weinmann, Kevin agreed to meet with me once we relocated to Minnesota to give me a thorough walk-through of all the mechanical systems in the house as well as the progress on the few remaining repair/touch-up items. Kevin did an absolutely outstanding job in explaining everything I needed to know about the systems in the house. In my 50 years of home ownership of many homes, I have never been given a more in-depth, thorough walk-through and explanation of all mechanical systems. In short, Jeremiah worked his magic and made our Minnesota Lennar home purchase a very pleasant, even joyful, experience. Kevin also contributed greatly to our thorough enjoyment of this experience. In Dec. 2019 my husband and I purchased a Lennar EI home in Winslow Cove in Andover, MN. From the first interaction we had with Melanie G. we felt welcomed, important and cared for. Melanie was very patient to answer all of our questions, research the answers to the questions she was not able to answer on the spot and always had impeccable follow-through (even while on vacation!!!). I could reach out the Melanie after hours, not expecting a response, and every time she responded within a few moments. Multiple times that we returned to the model home to look at the layouts or take measurements, Melanie greeted us by name and welcomed us with a sincere smile. A very exciting and added touch was receiving emails from Melanie with progress photos of our house! Her emails that included these pictures were always very congratulatory and exciting that it made me excited to receive the email and photos. Melanie is an excellent person to be representing Lennar as she truly makes one feel "at home". We also had the pleasure of working with Jeff P. From the first time we met Jeff, he was extremely patient with all our questions and went out of his way to explain the answer in a way that we could understand. He accommodated the appointment times that we needed to work around our jobs and he was always punctual and friendly. Jeff took his time during our pre-drywall walk through and even answered the questions that I hadn't even said out loud yet! He explained everything that he was showing us, didn't rush us as we took our time being curious and he always gave us clear instructions of what we could expect next. During the Celebration Walk-through Jeff gave us as much time as we needed to inspect the home and he himself also found spots that needed some attention that we could have missed ourselves. Jeff did not make us feel bad at all for being a bit nit-picky. Shortly after moving into the home, there were a couple things that we needed to get answer/solutions to and Jeff was extremely quick in responding and also found temporary solutions that were much appreciated. Overall, our experience with Lennar has been a positive one 100% due to Melanie G. and Jeff P. These two individuals are amazing and Lennar is lucky to have them representing them so well. My wife Kathryn, and I, have always lived in apartments downtown. When it finally came time for us to move into the suburbs and into a house we would have never guessed that we would have gone the route of building a new house vs buying an existing, however, as I sit here 1 month after moving into the new house I am so glad that we built - and so glad that we did it with Lennar. Few things to know - it's important that when you evaluate some of the "big builders" that you don't just review them from a high level, but how they do locally. All of the major home builders in America operate all over the country - but what will determine how you experience goes is how the local builders contacts are that will be responsible for your home or neighborhood. In Minnesota - we built with Lennar in Woodburry, Minnesota. Our local Lennar agent was Denise Boyles and she was excellent at walking us through the process with the confidence we needed to know we were making the right choice. Even though she represents the builder, she is honest, kind, and concise (she tells you the truth not just what you want to hear. She was always very responsive via phone or text and honestly was just as instrumental as our own relator was. Leo is the building supervisor and as soon as we had our "overview meeting" with him we knew he was perfect. His honesty, thoroughness, and attention to detail are excellent qualities to look for in your builder. Now - people aside, the homes from Lennar are simply top tier in terms of the "big builders", the are simply nicer looking, built better, and include more. Some of the smaller details are standard with Lennar that either aren't included or cost extra with other builders. Again we are only one month and a half in, but so far we are 110% happy with everything. My wife and I say "I can't believe that we live here" almost every day still. You can trust the quality of the homes with Lennar, and with local contacts Denise & Leo - you are in good hands! read more

We have had an incredibly positive experience with the entire process of purchasing our new Lennar home in the Watermark development in Lino Lakes. Jennifer Finlay, our New Home Consultant, was absolutely AMAZING to work with!! She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond with questions we had. She was also very accommodating with our many requests to tour different models in several locations while were trying to decide what was best for us. Every time we met with her she had a big smile on her face and was so pleasant to be around. Without question we would say that Jennifer was the perfect person to guide us through our home buying journey! If you are interested in looking at Lennar homes in Minnesota, Jennifer Finlay will take incredible care of you!! We were also extremely impressed with our concierge, Whitney Forseth. She was super helpful with details about our closing and with the next steps after we were under contract. Every time I spoke with her she was so friendly and enjoyable to interact with! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! We had an issue with our dishwasher not working properly so we put in a service request to have someone assist us in fixing it. Lennar's rep Carrie Cooper with customer care has been fantastic to work with as we manage the issue. She has been very friendly, extremely helpful and empathetic to our situation. She has reached out to check in with us and took charge to get things done! Every single Lennar representative has been outstanding to work with. This is our third new home build, with the one just prior having been built by a "custom" builder. We've found the craftsmanship, pre and post sale support, and overall value from Lennar to be better than custom. Leading up to this build, we've researched numerous other local and national builders, floorplans, etc. through the Parade of Homes in the Spring and Fall, doing so for the last three years. We learned a lot during that time, and found Lennar to offer the floorplan and quality level that suits us best. Narrowing our choices to Lennar developments, we were especially impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Derek Schreifels, currently in the Ravinia neighborhood. We initially had our minds made up about building in another Lennar neighborhood, but after encountering Derek at Ravinia (we first met him in another neighborhood in Otsego), it was a perfect fit - both the neighborhood and the support Derek provided. Derek was joined by Tiffany Checketts, who we've found to be equally impressive, making for a great sales and support team in the Ravinia neighborhood. During the building process, we were introduced to Alem Bakovic, the site manager, who ensured our home was built with careful detail, as if Alem were building it for himself. We're now a few months after our home has been completed, and Alem is still very attentive to any concerns we have. One last note, the entire process from start to finish with Lennar, UAMC (mortgage company owned by Lennar), and their affiliates has made this by far the smoothest home build we've done yet. We would have no hesitation recommending Lennar or anyone from their team mentioned above. First rate all the way! read more

I closed on my second Lennar home last summer and once again, I am elated with the process and results! My first home with Lennar was a townhome and I was so impressed with how I was treated. Any issues were handled immediately, communication was great and they made me feel as important as any other buyer! This experience made me want to buy Lennar again when it was time to move in to something bigger. The second time around we did a larger single family home with many options, upgrades and modifications. The construction manager (Alem Bakovic) made sure that everything was done to our specifications and that anything needing modification was addressed and handled as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Building a house involves a lot of moving parts and his genuine desire to make sure his customers are taken care of and left over-joyed with their home is evident when working with him. He clearly takes pride in a job well done. The sales staff (Annika Latterell and Missy Johnson) were awesome during the entire process as well....very knowledgeable and quick with responses on anything needing follow-up. Very straight-forward and also extremely helpful on some of the more subjective decisions required when building a home. And more impressively, they never disappeared! Even after the purchase agreement was signed they stayed very involved. Here we are, 7 months after closing and I still talk with them frequently about my home and the progress in the neighborhood around me. Their concern for their customers satisfaction and general happiness is second to none. I highly recommend Lennar if you are looking to build a new townhome or single family home!! read more

I worked with Derrek Schreifels and Alem Makevich during the time my home was built and sold to me. To say their service was exceptional does their work an injustice. I have had homes sold and built in the past and NEVER had an experience like this. I moved me and my family to MN from PA for work. As you can imagine, this can be a very stressful time. Derek and Alem delivered a customer experience never seen before. We would receive weekly video updates and check point phone calls ensuring that my family was involved every step of the way. I remember the night we first put down a deposit and signed the contracts. We moved into our new townhome in April 2017 and are thrilled with our decision! Being a young, millennial family of 4, we were a little nervous moving from our single-family home into a townhome. I can honestly say that we are so happy with our decision to choose a Lennar townhome. Carley, our New Home Consultant, took us through a few different styles of townhomes, but we ultimately fell in love with the floorplan that included a basement- Yes, an actual full basement with lookout windows! With two boys running around, the extra space has proved to be well worth it. The kids have their basement and we have our cozy deck, complete with a fire table for chilly summer nights. From day 1 the process has been extremely smooth with great communication from Carley and our Construction Manager, Kyle. They have made the transition easy, and fun! It's been year since we moved into our new home at the Ravinia community in Corcoran. And we are immensely satisfied and happy with this Lennar constructed home. We had an exceptionally wonderful experience when purchasing the home mainly due to Tiffany Checketts & Derek Schreifels. They make an excellent team and are efficient and knowledgeable. They answered all our queries promptly and expertly. They were very patient and went the extra mile to listen & understand what we wanted in the home and made sure we got those. We recently purchased a townhome in Lennar's Savona community in Lake Elmo, MN. I worked with Carley Weaver from beginning to end and she was fantastic! I found the townhomes before my current house was on the market and knew I wanted to move in as quickly as possible. I dropped in on Carley twice a week in the beginning to look at different units and see what had sold. I stopped in to show all my friends the model and anytime my out of town family were around I took them to see the units. Carley recognized me on sight as I drove my car into the community and always met me with a smile. She always remembered who I was and which unit I wanted - she never had to look information up to remember me. She was patient and welcoming with my constant visits and overexcitement to move in. Kyle Lonotto was my building manager and did my finally walkthrough. He answered all my questions and responded to my emails when I had issues with getting the gas set up. At one point I was so frustrated with the gas company and their process that Carley called and got the account synced so I could put it in my name. Carley went way above and beyond and really made me feel like a person and not just a sale. I would work with her again any day! We have been in the townhome for a week now and Lennar has met every time schedule they gave us as far as finishing the building and landscaping (we purchased one that was mostly complete). We built a new home with Lennar in the winter and spring of 2016 in Lakeville, MN and we love it! The home has been extremely high quality. I can honestly say our home buying experience was easy, straightforward, and even fun! Michael Walker was our Salesperson and was nothing but fantastic to work with throughout the process. He answered our many questions quickly and thoroughly. He was always, always willing to help and it was beyond clear that first and foremost he was concerned with us having a great experience. Since our closing, Michael has checked-in several times to make sure things are going well. To this day, we still stop into Michael's current development as it's fun to see how he's doing. Our Construction Manager, Scott, has also been very easy to work with. Scott is far from that "typical" construction manager who tries to convince you your issues aren't real. Instead, he errors on the side of the homeowner and takes care of problems. He holds his Contractors accountable to quality work. I've even seen him send Contractors out to clean up the street and worksite to keep the development clean and looking nice. Scott has been responsive to our needs and obviously cares about us having a great home and a great experience. Overall, we have been beyond impressed and satisfied with our Lennar home! We built our "dream home" and have love it every day! We've built a couple of other homes in the past, and this was hands down the best experience we've had! read more

My wife and I are beyond words when it comes to moving into our new home with Lennar at Watermark! We have been teasing the notion of buying a home and went back and forth from choosing already built to new, and do we want a home or a townhome? We had visited Lennar at Watermark and was greeted by Jennifer (Our Consultant)! She was incredibly welcoming and had a great balance of being calm and down to earth with a high engaging and knowable expertise. She had shown us the model home and honestly this was the home where we walked in and said, " This is it, we have to have it"! We took some more time looking all over different places and Jennifer had superb communication. She was more than willing in guiding us during this scary yet exciting time! Well, one day we wanted to see the model again and we met with Jennifer. Jennifer was able to even find a huge discount that saved us thousands! We decided to then go for it! Jennifer took a very lengthy process and simplified it while covering all the bases. She has been hands down such a delight to work with. Through the entire process so far, everything has exceeded expectations, and we truly can't wait to move in the next few months! My experience with Lennar has been very positive. They have a good product, but so do many builders. I credit Alum (construction manager) for helping me through the difficult process of construction. There is a lot to keep track of and I felt Alum did a great job of keeping me informed of the process every step of the way. He promptly dealt with my concerns with timely solutions. I cant say enough about him. I must also credit my agent Missy for her diligence and special attention to my unique situation. With my fiance still in China planning her move here with her son I was left to endeavor this difficult task on my own. I could not have done it without her Missy. She was so patient with me as I relayed information and pictures back and forth from US to China trying to find common ground on so many important decisions. Missy was a pleasure to work with. I dealt with several agents from a number of different builders and none came close to the personalized service I received from her. My then fiance, now wife was very pleased with Missy as well and it was a pleasure the day they first met at the signing of the purchase agreement. Its been 11 months since closing and we are very happy with the result. We would recommend Lennar to friends and family and we would certainly direct them to Missy if possible. With a little luck they might get Alum as a construction manager as well. read more
