Because it was without a receipt they would not take it back. I even have the tags on and everything it was even in the same bag that I purchased it from. They did not have my information in the system and so now I am stuck with a dress that I do not like. The associate even contacted the owner who said it's against policy. That is fine but I'm not going to shop here again if there's no chance to return items once you get home. Also, there needs to be a paperless option in the computer for this sort of receipt less incident. It's a shame that for $42 the owner lost a customer. I have a teenage daughter and I won't be taking her here anymore either. I try hard to support small businesses however this was poor customer service.
