The Home Good portion of this store is in complete disarray. Ultimately, I found what I came for and got it at a great price, put a few more items in the cart. I found unique gift items and coffee table books galore! I really enjoy coffee table books. I was looking for a good old fashioned Bundt pan, the second store that I'd been to. Happily they had it. The lines moved quickly enough. The staff was polite enough. I liked shopping here.

I think they have decent prices, I was bummed to be told that you can not at least exchange items. The staff were mostly kids (at the register) and they weren't friendly at all. I had to walk back myself to get a size up from the shoes I got my son, it was taking forever for them to get someone to do it. You might find some decent deals, but don't expect great service.

If you get lucky and find what you're looking for, it will be less than Bed Bath and Beyond or Pier One. All those things being said, I wanted to use the restroom, but was disgusted before I even made it to the toilets. I think I'll write corporate because the walls were DISGUSTING. I can't figure out how walls get this dirty, but employees should not be subjected to this filth on a daily basis. Waiting in that line was ridiculous. I've never seen a retail store in such complete chaos. Merchandise was piled everywhere, racks were a mess, and the entire store looked like it had been picked over for days without anyone bothering to straighten it up. You really need to see the photos to appreciate how bad it was. The only reason this visit wasn't a complete disaster was Nya (hence the one star...for Nya). She is one of the most efficient cashiers I've ever seen. While the other register crawled along, Nya was friendly, professional, and moving customers through at an impressive pace. She easily checked out several times more customers while still providing excellent service. What made the situation even more frustrating was watching the manager/supervisor stand nearby talking with employees instead of opening another register to help the two dozen customers waiting in line. Leadership isn't standing around while your customers become increasingly frustrated. This store desperately needs better management, better organization, and enough staff to handle the volume of customers. It will take a genuine emergency before I ever step foot in this Ross again.

Now, they said I could not return the bodysuit/cami but accepted the skirt for return. They said it was against store policy to return bodysuits. I find this interesting because you can try them on in the store with no problem but you can't return it even though it has the tags attached and was not worn.

They were playing Christian music which isn't my taste, but not something that bothers me enough to choose elsewhere. I felt as though I was entitled to some type of compensation or discount for being bothered with such a stupid mistake on their part, but it seems like Stepheny and buckle are only worried about money, and not worried about customer satisfaction, and no way have they tried to make anything, right by me, they basically just held the jeans over my head since I already paid a portion of the money they said I come and get my jeans that I ordered until I pay the remainder, which is very odd because they already gave me a receipt stating that I paid the full amount and it says on the receipt that I gave them the exact amount what the manager told me was that on the cameras it didn't seem that way it's very hard for me to trust and take someone serious who is being rude and unprofessional. I even promised my mom that one day when I was engaged we would at least stop in to look at the dresses. Lo and behold, about ten years later we wander in a few months after I got engaged to try on some dresses, just to get a sense of the styles I liked. I was honestly amazed with the quality and design of the dresses for the prices. The staff was sweet and accommodating, and did their best to make me feel special, which again surprised me for such a large chain store. I went to multiple boutique dress shops before and after my visit here, but nothing could top the mermaid gown with a plunging illusion neckline I had found. A few months later, after running into multiple issues with the online store and running the risk of not being able to find the dress, I contacted this store again. They were incredibly helpful and continuously accommodating - they found the floor gown I had originally tried on, held it for me, and even sold it at a discounted price due to a torn seam we'd discovered. There are a ton of blind boxes and other character items that I've not seen elsewhere. Prices tend to be better than any I can find online. Typically what I find at Miniso are items I haven't seen before or known they existed. It's way easier to find walk through the store than trying to find all the items across the internet. Miniso doesn't have a website to buy things off of that I have found. Some blind boxes I have found elsewhere but about half that I buy are Miniso exclusive. Tips: byob (bring your own bags) there is a small couple cents feel if you have to use or get bags at checkout from them. Some items are not labeled with a price. It's not been super common occurrence but occurred the last time. If it has no price or barcode on it, I would ask an associate before checkout because it can take awhile for them to sort out pricing. Their terms of sale are on the bottom of the receipt so posting in my photos so folks know. I've seen some reviews regarding their returns policy. Personally I've never returned anything. And in the back near the register you can find a litany of other goods for basic outdoors needs: flashlights, gear straps, water bottles, multi-tools, charging packs and more. It's one of the few things worth the trip to Concord Mills.
