I was woken up at 10 o'clock this morning by Stepheny, who works at Buckle. She was very rude and…read morethe way she was talking to me she told me that I haven't paid fully for the jeans that I ordered to the store yesterday and that I still owed some money I was confused, because nothing like this has ever happened to me before in all my years of buying clothes I feel like this was very unprofessional. I felt as though I was entitled to some type of compensation or discount for being bothered with such a stupid mistake on their part, but it seems like Stepheny and buckle are only worried about money, and not worried about customer satisfaction, and no way have they tried to make anything, right by me, they basically just held the jeans over my head since I already paid a portion of the money they said I come and get my jeans that I ordered until I pay the remainder, which is very odd because they already gave me a receipt stating that I paid the full amount and it says on the receipt that I gave them the exact amount what the manager told me was that on the cameras it didn't seem that way it's very hard for me to trust and take someone serious who is being rude and unprofessional. I ended up calling corporate, and they were just says uneducated as the last person I dealt with. basically saying they can't do anything for me and that I would have to pay the remaining balance if I want to get the jeans I want you guys to understand that if I never ordered the jeans and they had my size that I would've walked out with the jeans and they would've never had a reason for me to go back into the store to give them the rest of the money. this is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever witnessed. this was my first time shopping at Buckle and I can see why they are going bankrupt, overpriced, clothing, horrible customer service, and the lack of accountability. What can you expect, though for a store made for rednecks!!! I want you guys to understand that people pay bills and that when you pay for something and think that you pay fully for it you budget accordingly so the fact that they tell me I owe them another hundred dollars wasn't something I wanted to hear today and the fact that the manager had the audacity to be rude and hang up on me because I was confused about the whole situation just shows why buckle is the most unpopular store in the mall !! I eventually told Stepheny that I would come up there and see her Stephanie, which honestly I should call her. Karen twisted me telling her. I was going to go up there and talk to her as a threat so be careful before you go and buy from buckle because they're what's wrong with America.

This is my go to for blind boxes and novel Cinnamoroll items…read more I've been to the store multiple times. I find their selection to be awesome! There are a ton of blind boxes and other character items that I've not seen elsewhere. Prices tend to be better than any I can find online. Typically what I find at Miniso are items I haven't seen before or known they existed. It's way easier to find walk through the store than trying to find all the items across the internet. Miniso doesn't have a website to buy things off of that I have found. Some blind boxes I have found elsewhere but about half that I buy are Miniso exclusive. Tips: byob (bring your own bags) there is a small couple cents feel if you have to use or get bags at checkout from them. Some items are not labeled with a price. It's not been super common occurrence but occurred the last time. If it has no price or barcode on it, I would ask an associate before checkout because it can take awhile for them to sort out pricing. Their terms of sale are on the bottom of the receipt so posting in my photos so folks know. I've seen some reviews regarding their returns policy. Personally I've never returned anything. Would absolutely go back to shop and have multiple times!

Workers are as miserable as ever. Perhaps it's in desperation for workers, but it's hard to believe…read morethat not a single kind worker could be hired. I'm assuming the manager there simply hires all of their friends. Disappointment to the companies name.

Eddie Bauer is one of those stores I never walk out of without something in hand. My penchant for…read morethe outdoors life is neatly clothed and accessorized by this well known, long-time purveyor of nature gear. They have what you'd expect from this kind of place. Jackets to the max, almost anytime of year. Rugged hiking and camping shorts and pants. Work out gear with moisture wicking fabric. Shoes and sandals for when you're feeling a little more casual and easygoing at camp. T-shirts that are heavily logoed (perhaps my only dislike) on top of scenic renditions of some of America's best known destinations. And in the back near the register you can find a litany of other goods for basic outdoors needs: flashlights, gear straps, water bottles, multi-tools, charging packs and more. This being an outlet location officially you will also take away your gear at an incredibly affordable price. The staff has always been super helpful and attentive to boot. Last but not least, don't forget to check out the clearance rack for even further discounts!

They also have a great selection of shirts in men's tall sizes (they may have tall women's sizes as well, but I didn't look at those). This location is an outlet store, so they had lots of stuff at a discount. I bought two shirts for about $50, which isn't bad, especially when you're used to being price-gouged for tall clothing. The only flaw this store has is that they don't carry 36 length pants. Those are available on their website, however. If you're looking for that coveted size T, check out this place. It's one of the few things worth the trip to Concord Mills.
