They explain everything so I can understand, don't make me feel rushed, and answer all of my questions. Their prices have been more than fair, and the service has been excellent. My inspection, fluid services, and tire rotation were all done at a price that honestly impressed me. My alternator died and left me stranded around 2:30 in the afternoon. I called Cooper's, they told me to tow it right over, and they somehow got me back on the road the very same day--again, for a price that impressed me and was more than fair.
