    Personal service...( if you like that)... and I didn't know that is exactly what I needed. My last pair was ordered online and I regretted it for a year-ish. Simple because of the fitting.... these guys are pros‼

    DON'T BUY GLASSES HERE!!! I purchased a pair of glasses here and right after the 30 day mark, I noticed several marks on both lenses that I believe to be crazing, likely due to poor quality or craftsmanship. These marks cause significant glare when light hits them, making the glasses uncomfortable and difficult to use. The crazing is continuing to grow across the lenses. I have been wearing glasses for over 15 years and have never encountered anything like this before. When I came into the store, before I even got a chance to explain the problem, I was told that nothing could be done because I was slightly beyond the 30-day window (we're talking 3-4 days max). While I understand the policy, I was only a few days past it, and I would have come in sooner had I noticed the issue. I was hoping for at least some understanding, given that this appears to be a quality problem with the lenses, not something caused by accidental damage. An employee but the name Rachel looked at the lenses but claimed she couldn't see the marks, despite my best efforts to show them. The lighting in the store was poor, which made it more difficult to see them, but I could still clearly spot the marks. I attempted to show her the marks multiple times, even circling them on the lens but she continued to claim she couldn't see them. This situation was incredibly frustrating, to say the least, especially since I paid for the "premium" lenses. After leaving the store, I was able to capture a photo of the damage in better lighting. I was also informed that I needed to have purchased accidental damage coverage for any repairs to be made. However, this isn't a case of accidental damage--it's a quality issue, and I believe LensCrafters should stand behind the products they sell, especially when they show signs of damage so quickly. I paid a significant amount of money for these glasses, expecting them to last for at least a few years. Instead, they started deteriorating within a month and now I will have to guy new lenses somewhere else. This is absolutely unacceptable, do yourself a favor and go buy your glasses somewhere else.

    MD apt at 1140, simple lens Burberry glasses by 1330 out the door. Easy as that. Everybody was friendly and attentive.

We've had the box for about a month and he was almost running out of contacts because the lenses were drying out every other day when they are supposed to last for about 2 weeks. He ordered a brand new box that will be delivered in 10 days. He even removed the rest of the stock off their shelves in the case that they were faulty or something. I really appreciated them taking this seriously. I don't personally wear contacts but I believe something that is literally laying on your eye ball all day should be taken seriously and handled with care. I believe we got that from this Eyeglass world location and I really appreciated our experience there.

    I had an appointment (10/19/24 at 12pm) to discuss issues related to an eye exam I had a few weeks…read moreago, as well as concerns about my contacts and broken glasses. Prior to the appointment, I called and was assured they would check my glasses, even though I didn't purchase them from Eyeglass World. I had an appointment with Dr. House and shared that ever since my eye exam, my eyes have been irritated, especially when wearing my contacts. My eyes would become red, and even after removing the contacts, the burning sensation would persist, making it difficult to sleep. During the exam, Dr. House suggested that the issue might be related to the contact lens solution I was using. Despite mentioning that I had tried different brands, she generalized that many solutions are bad for the eyes without offering specific alternatives. I had to ask for recommendations myself, and the experience felt dismissive and unhelpful. The moment I mentioned getting a second opinion from another doctor, Dr. House's demeanor changed. She became defensive and told me we had nothing else to discuss, and told me to leave dismissing me with an attitude. As I was leaving, I noticed her making a scene with her coworkers, laughing about the situation, which made me feel humiliated. When I went over to the glasses section to have my glasses checked to see if the screw on my frames could be tightened. Sydney was initially helpful, but then Dr. House followed me over, continuing to hover and watch me, with her hands on her hips laughing at me claiming she was making sure I didn't "cause a scene" simply because I had said I would leave a review. This felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Eventually, Sydney also informed me they wouldn't check my glasses because they weren't purchased from Eyeglass World, despite what I had been told over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. I've been a loyal customer of this location for three years, and this experience left me feeling shocked and embarrassed. This review should capture your experience clearly!

She Did help me with my contact prescription and went through various trials until she found the right script. The glasses side however... I purchased a pair earlier in 2023. When I went to pick up, the glasses didn't feel like they fit. Too big. So I said something. The attendant put them back on my face and pressed them down into my ears telling me they were fine. I would end up going back FIVE TIMES to have the new glasses adjusted because they were too big. Each time being told thinga like "they're fine, they fit fine I don't understand what the problem is, try this adjustment out for a little while", and my favorite, "why are you working outside, of course they'll feel too big in the heat". Meanwhile, I was wearing a broken pair of old glasses because the new ones DIDN'T FIT. I go back and complain, saying I want to exchange. They did do the exchange but did not refund me the difference between the new pair that were too big and newer pair that fit.

Great location and personable unique guest lounge. I absolutely loved my visit with the doctor. She conducted a thorough eye exam and was kind enough to spend some time to get to know me personally, nice gesture in this day and age, when time is money and the medics seem to care about is keeping patients rolling in and out. The selection of frames had a variety of styles and brands. The assistant was helpful and gave me plenty of time to make a selection. I walked out with 2 new designer frames that meet all of my needs throughout day and night. I recommend this place if you look for a comfortable and caring experience.
