This time around, I added the digital retina scans because I experienced sudden floaters recently. Dr. Claiboine reviewed the images with me in detail and at this time, it is not something I need to worry about which brought me much comfort. We did my usual contact lens and glasses exam. After getting the trial contacts in, you are free to leave or you can check out the wide array of glasses they have to offer. Otherwise, you can get a copy of the prescription to buy it elsewhere. Either way, I like that there are no high pressure sales tactics.

The employees were so professional and kind. You enter to visit the Dr on the right and exit the left to where the glasses are, then talk to someone at a table open to the lobby. Do not give your money to these people. Over $2,000 spent on them and this is how they reward your loyalty. Couldn't even offer to waive the exam fee to resolve this, they rather lose a 3+ year loyal customer...

I was able to send over my eye prescription and the sweet person on the stayed on the phone with me to make sure she received it and then placed me on hold to make sure they had my contact on hand which they did! Amazing customer service and care! Highly recommend them!
