When they did, they did not pass Bon Look's "quality control" and had scratches on the lenses, which meant that the order had to be redone - which is when I immediately called to cancel. I could have ordered frames and lenses from somewhere else and had them in a matter of days, and instead ended up wasting 3 weeks. Additionally, their system doesn't allow you to track updates online when it's an order for a child which means picking up the phone to speak with customer service every single time. Will never recommend Bon Look to anyone.

Heard nothing back. Went into the store to pick up my glasses and they were lopsided, and really lose. I asked if there was anything we could do about it, but the optometrist told me everyones ears were lopsided and this was just the way they sat on my face. I left, a little disappointed, but also asked for the 50% off my second pair to be honoured, and the store clerk told me she would have to speak to her manager and he would call me... A week went by, no call. I called head office and they told me they would have the manager contact me. Another two weeks went by, still no call. During this time, my glasses were so lopsided that I was almost embarrassed to wear them - and when I wore them a few days after I got them, the arm unscrewed. I was able to put them back together (re-screwed) but realized I really didn't like them. Another week went by and I decided to go back in store and ask what they could do - as the frame was bent, the arm fell off, they were lopsided and incredibly lose on me. The sales clerk that day was actually really nice and apologetic for my poor experience - the optometrist that day was also different and very helpful - he told me the frames they gave me were warped and defective, and thats why they sat lopsided on my head, and then he didn't believe me when I told him the story of the other optometrist saying it was my ears... He gave me an all new frame all together, which was great - as these actually fit me well and were tight. He then told me to bring the glasses back in in a month since I'll need re-adjusting, cause I obviously wore them out the last time. I told him I hadn't worn the glasses for more than an hour TOTAL over the last 4 weeks...that I had an awful experience with the store - and was waiting to hear back from management STILL. They once again took down my name and number...and here we are THREE weeks later and still no call. The glasses were cute, but the fact that they gave me warped glasses and told me it was 'my ears' that made them lopsided and couldn't tell that the frame was defective to start...to then not contacting me back THREE times, very disapointing.

Even with a mask on, it's the one part of your face that's always visible. Tony has a passion for what he does and is completely honest when making recommendations. My husband was looking for new frames but didn't have a pair or brand in mind. He simply described what he was looking for and Tony was able to manifest his vision. While telling Tony what he were looking for, I mentioned my husbands broken, and supposedly unrepairable, glasses. Tony suggested I bring them in. Within a week, I had the glasses back in one piece. A pair of $2000 Fred glasses that another optician told me may as well be tossed was now looking as good as new. Needless to say, my husband couldn't have been more pleased to have his favorite glasses back and finding a new gorgeous frame.

Dr. Christine Chen was great When I went to purchase my glasses even though the guy Sean had my script in front of him. he didn't get the order correct. I was told I have the beginings of cataracts and should always wear sunglasses outside but he didn't offer me the option of darkening glasses. I told them I spend at least 12 hours in front of a computer and he didn't even ask about the blue screen protector. I called back yesterday at 5:05 pm and I know they close at 5 but really if I'm in the office 5 minutes after close I pick up the phone. I left 2 messages not to place the order that I wanted it cancelled. All I can use the glasses they sold me for is reading books. I have 6 pairs of reading glasses I got from costco that cost 20 not $300 for reading books, and who reads paper books anymore anyway with Kinder and Audible.. Also the sign on the wall says glasses 169 with lenses and coating which is what I asked for. Instead I will be getting a pair of frames and lenses with NO coating for $300.95. I do not recommend getting glasses here. this is a low income neighborhood. These people look like they are just after money. The other girl Allison stopped helping us so she could serve someone else with insurance who was looking at more expensive glasses. I called again today to ask to stop the order and they said it was already sent- I'm almost positive orders get sent in bulk once a week. The girl on the phone Barbara wouldn't give me the phone number so I could call the company to cancel. I just paid for a pair of reading glasses. I am going to call VISA and see if they will stop payment on this order. It cost me $165 for the exam which previously cost $80.00 and now if I want a new script to see someone else I am going to have to go back to a different Dr.
