The first person on the phone quoted $400 and I thought it was a bit high. Called back two hours later and talked to someone else and got a price of $300. Brought a pair of frames to get new lenses put in. The technician in the back broke my frame trying to take the old lenses out. They seemed very eager and happy to recommend I buy a new frame from them. While looking at the very limited selection of frames at this location I found a pair that might be okay... they said they would give me $50 off because they broke my frame. When the sales associate looked into the computer for pricing after I had committed and they broke my frames all of a sudden the price was back up to $400! Keep in mind everything I got last year was in the system. So my information did not change.. I was getting the exact same thing again. The people who work here seem nice but its an illusion. Absolutely incompetent with information and trying to rip off customers. Be very careful with pricing at this location. Also do not trust the lab technician in the back. Took the frames they broke to the location I bought the frames and they were shocked that lenscrafters broke them. Don't do what I did and try and save a few bucks... they cant be trusted.

When they did, they did not pass Bon Look's "quality control" and had scratches on the lenses, which meant that the order had to be redone - which is when I immediately called to cancel. I could have ordered frames and lenses from somewhere else and had them in a matter of days, and instead ended up wasting 3 weeks. Additionally, their system doesn't allow you to track updates online when it's an order for a child which means picking up the phone to speak with customer service every single time. Will never recommend Bon Look to anyone.

Heard nothing back. Went into the store to pick up my glasses and they were lopsided, and really lose. I asked if there was anything we could do about it, but the optometrist told me everyones ears were lopsided and this was just the way they sat on my face. I left, a little disappointed, but also asked for the 50% off my second pair to be honoured, and the store clerk told me she would have to speak to her manager and he would call me... A week went by, no call. I called head office and they told me they would have the manager contact me. Another two weeks went by, still no call. During this time, my glasses were so lopsided that I was almost embarrassed to wear them - and when I wore them a few days after I got them, the arm unscrewed. I was able to put them back together (re-screwed) but realized I really didn't like them. Another week went by and I decided to go back in store and ask what they could do - as the frame was bent, the arm fell off, they were lopsided and incredibly lose on me. The sales clerk that day was actually really nice and apologetic for my poor experience - the optometrist that day was also different and very helpful - he told me the frames they gave me were warped and defective, and thats why they sat lopsided on my head, and then he didn't believe me when I told him the story of the other optometrist saying it was my ears... He gave me an all new frame all together, which was great - as these actually fit me well and were tight. He then told me to bring the glasses back in in a month since I'll need re-adjusting, cause I obviously wore them out the last time. I told him I hadn't worn the glasses for more than an hour TOTAL over the last 4 weeks...that I had an awful experience with the store - and was waiting to hear back from management STILL. They once again took down my name and number...and here we are THREE weeks later and still no call. The glasses were cute, but the fact that they gave me warped glasses and told me it was 'my ears' that made them lopsided and couldn't tell that the frame was defective to start...to then not contacting me back THREE times, very disapointing.

Even with a mask on, it's the one part of your face that's always visible. Tony has a passion for what he does and is completely honest when making recommendations. My husband was looking for new frames but didn't have a pair or brand in mind. He simply described what he was looking for and Tony was able to manifest his vision. While telling Tony what he were looking for, I mentioned my husbands broken, and supposedly unrepairable, glasses. Tony suggested I bring them in. Within a week, I had the glasses back in one piece. A pair of $2000 Fred glasses that another optician told me may as well be tossed was now looking as good as new. Needless to say, my husband couldn't have been more pleased to have his favorite glasses back and finding a new gorgeous frame.
