Working with Robert was…read morepleasant; he explained the process in depth and was able to show me multiple photos of projects he completed in the past. Our biggest obstacle was the weather. It was difficult for him to find enough dry days in a row to complete the staining of our deck. His crew arrived on time and were very polite and pleasant. Two workers arrived at 1:30 pm and began prepping the deck (it had been pressure washed a couple weeks prior); more workers (2 or 3) arrived about 45 minutes later. By 4:30 pm they were done...which is where my concern came in. We have a pretty big deck, with a lattice covered arbor, and I am not convinced they applied two coats (as promised) in such a short time. When they arrived, I questioned the information Robert had given me saying that both coats would be applied in the same day, with minimal drying time in between coats. The worker confirmed this, saying the product was a "wet coat" product. When I checked the information on the back of the can they left for touch ups, the directions indicated you could re-coat in two hours. The size of our deck, combined with the minimal amount of time the workers were on site, makes me doubt that the entire deck received two coats, as contracted. I did contact them to discuss and was told that yes, they did do two coats on the whole deck. I was told that their experience allows them to complete a project of this size in such a limited amount of time. The finished product looks good, however there are some areas that are shinier than others. Also, the deck overall has a sticky feel when you walk on it. I was told this should go away in a few weeks to months, but to contact them for resolution if it does not. My overall experience allows me to recommend this company. I would, however, watch the workers carefully to make sure the project is completed as contracted.

Anthony the owner has simply no show to 2 appointments this week for fence repair. Fence done over…read morea year ago by AMR Fence ,with previous owner. A panel broke down. I requested repair paying his full fee. First he rescheduled due to not having necessary parts, after I contacted him. Then he did not show up to the appointment, nor text back at minimum, to let me know he will not be coming on Monday. I left him multiple texts throughout the day to see if he was on his way. He ignored them. He ignored the next day's voicemail and texts. The following day I left him a voicemail that i will share this experience online. He finally called back 3 days later, and be said "acts of God" is not under his warranty to which I responded that is why we have agreed to pay your fee. You no show!!! His reaction was that he was busy at another job and this was not worth his money, he was doing us a favor charging only $150. I explained again I have agreed to pay the first time you gave us the fee. You no show. You didn't even text back to cancel. Then you didn't text back or call back to reschedule for next 2 business days either. He finally apologized and said he will come in 2 business days later ( today). Same thing happened. He no show again. Did not respond to a single text or call. Now it is the weekend. We have lost a full week for his 3 cancelations and the worst part is that the parts that are broken had fallen in the yard will be affected by 6 inches of snow we are expecting this weekend. This is so wrong and unethical. We could have repaired this with another company week ago if he had not given us appointments, he had no intentions of keeping. I wanted to use the same company that installed the fence only a year ago as it is easier for them to repair what they built. The latch of the door also broke off, it would not close properly. I would be careful about his warranty of his work if it fell apart so easily. For us there would be no warranty because we just bought the house. He said it is not transferable. But as i said before, i agreed to pay him the fee that was quoted. So irresponsible and no communicative. Even the worse of contractors at minimum text back to say something came up. This guy disappears!!

He provided previous customer contact numbers so I could reach out and receive first-hand feedback from them. In doing so, every single one of them commented on how professional Pascual was and the quality of his work. Some of them even sent pictures. My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it.
