When chef Chanda took over our kitchen, I could see that my autoimmune illness was better, my husband's cholesterol was lower and my kids were eating a more balanced and nutritious mix of whole foods. I could see that she listened and tailored to fit our needs at every step. The end result was restaurant quality meals every day with ingredients that were hand-picked by her and were guaranteed to be clean and wholesome. I actually do love to cook, but I do not have time on a regular basis and that has led to way too much eating out and less than healthy and consistent food choices. I mean, after working 12 hours, who wants to come home and prep dinner? Not me. I am also microwave adverse so heating up things that way does not appeal to me. We refuse to use a microwave at all. Todd understood this and came to the rescue. We like to eat mostly low carb/paleo and have our "do not like" list. We also have special dietary requirements (like no gluten) that can make it feel like the food we make ourselves is bland and repetitive. Since Chef Todd started cooking for us a few weeks ago, we've collectively lost 15 lbs! We also eat together now most nights and get to eat meals like fajita quinoa casserole with jalapeño corn cakes, Lentil and rice stuffed peppers with sautéed zucchini and parts with a roasted tomato and Italian sausage sauce with roasted root vegetables. And that's just dinner. He also prepares breakfast items we can eat all week. This had already proven over of the best investment decisions we've made in a long time. And ours really not expensive if you compare to take out and eating out. I highly recommend doing this!
