During install his team showed up on time, smiles on their face and in good moods. The installers were very professional and knew their trades great. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Every time I showed up on the job site he was there as well managing the project which is unheard of from owners. We were given an estimate completion date of 5 weeks and it was completed in less then 4. After the project was complete not only was the client extremely happy so was our team. Miguel was now our main contractor to go to when we needed help on Siding, painting, solar and some electrical work.

Suggested I put sealant in first to keep the freon from leaking and then poured in the needed amount of R-410 freon and my AC is back on which is really important for an upstairs home! Failure of the part is a Lennox issue and not a failure of All-Air. Labor for the job was $1800 for a job that took one service rep a little more than 3 hours. That beat the $3900 estimate that I got from another hvac company in the area that was sending 2 service reps for the job. Robert arrived on time and was polite and professional. I am thankful that All-Air was able to fix the problem and appreciated the help of Ray who made the initial diagnosis and topped off my coolant so that my AC system actually cooled my home and again for Robert who replaced the coil.

He took the time to deeply understand my system, reviewed actual spec sheets on the spot, and immediately identified issues that other contractors completely missed. Multiple companies told me Hyundai panels would work fine. Carlos checked the amperage limits, applied proper safety margin calculations, and clearly explained why those panels would not work with my EcoFlow system -- saving me from a costly mistake. I gave my last phone call to A&A electric and I had explained to Paul the same exact thing that I had been telling every other company. Paul who I assume is the owner of A&A electric. Explained to me that since I live in a complex that I would need to go outside to the meters and there would be a breaker that needs to be flipped back on. Everyone that I spoke to didn't bother to tell me this. They wanted me to make an appointment for them to come out to look and see what the problem was. And then charge me an arm and a leg! We now must remove/reinstall solar panels to put on a new roof and Rob's quote was nearly 4 times another reputable company. When I questioned reason, the response from Rob (in text) was basically "too bad, you have no choice. If someone else does the work, your warranty is void." Well, maybe his workmanship warranty, which is nearly expired anyway AND new installer will provide his own workmanship warranty. The 25 year manufacturers warranty IS transferrable (and has been) and will NOT be void, so Rob's "I have you over a barrel" in essence is SO slimy and disgusting. Do NOT do business with him!
