Given the cost for me to get a trailer myself, pay the entrance and disposal fee at the dump myself and the time and fuel to drive down there and back I felt that Rios Pro gave me a fair quote - so I scheduled the pickup. He came in the time frame provided and got everything loaded up promptly. I had some other trash behind the stuff pictured here and hadn't even thought about it but he picked it up all too and hauled it away efficiently.

Plastic was hung to protect cabinets and dry areas. drywall had to be removed to prevent mold. All this was done in a very professional manner. All of my belongings were carefully, professionally packed up for safekeeping. The old hardwood floors were removed. New floors were installed, drywall was replaced and walls were painted. Then all of my belongings were put back where they belonged. All of the contractors worked hard and did a great job. We asked them to clear out all of the weeds and debris from the beds all around the backyard as well as a large (formerly) grass (now all weeds) area. We hired Builder Construction for a siding project in Portola Valley. Miguel showed up to meet me…read moreon the job site and I was very impressed with his attention to detail. After a few weeks of communication we got the projevt going. Day before start we met on site with both of our leads. We addressed all our concerns and Miguel was able to find stuff we didn't. During install his team showed up on time, smiles on their face and in good moods. The installers were very professional and knew their trades great. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Every time I showed up on the job site he was there as well managing the project which is unheard of from owners.
