He said he'll send his other worker Yucute. He came the next day to give us an estimate and said he can come back in a few days (this week). We were impressed because the other places we called had up to a 3 week wait. Yucute did the work for us yesterday. Our front yard went from looking like the entrance of a haunted house to perfectly pruned/trimmed. Our back yard is no longer like a jungle. We have more work that needs to be done so Pat Landscaping will be the company we go to. We need some ivy to be removed so i can start a garden. Yucute said he can pull all the ivory and put some top soil down for the garden. That's really nice because this is my first time trying a garden and i wasnt even thinking about top soil. I'm sure my garden will be successful with Yucute's help. Great customer service and awesome results. Definitely go with this place.

They do the lawn for the people across the street every week and I always saw them there on a regular schedule so inquired as to how much to do our lawn and our neighbors (who were also using the landscaper who vanished in the wind and left our lawns growing like weeds for a month until we finally gave up on him). We have small lawns, but he offered us a good rate to do all three of our lawns every two week. They also did a great job doing yard clean up in the fall and getting rid of all the oak leaves on our huge tree. I wish they could have gotten more acorns up, but by the time the leaves had all fallen the ground started to freeze and the acorns were stuck to the ground. Anyway, overall, I was really happy with the service and plan to continue to use them next summer. I wish they were closer though so we could use them for the snow this winter.

We arrived home believing they would be back to finish the work we talked about but it became clear they were under the impression they were complete with the job. We reached out to resolve our issue and were told the head landscaper had completed what we asked for. Eventually the main landscaper contacted us to Try and straighten out any issues we had and said to read to contract, and it's true, much of what we asked for what not delineated in fine print, so we were wrong to go with the verbal agreement. We figured we would just let it go until all the weeds came back in full glory 2 weeks later. There was no fertilization or soil grooming done at all. My wife called to complain today and was told this was something you have to specifically ask for. We are very unsatisfied with this company and how they operate. My 26 year old husband died October 25th. I cancelled service on that days and asked for a final bill for any outstanding work. They sent me an invoice and I paid it immediately. All of a sudden on 12/31, almost two months later I receive another bill which they claimed was for services on September. I was NOT notified of this when I asked for the final bill and found it extremely unprofessional how they handed the situation. They claimed the email for the invoice was opened - which of course it was, my husband wasn't dead at this point and he dealt with this company... Main point - I should have been notified of this outstanding charge when I cancelled service, made them aware of the situation and asked for a FINAL bill/total to close out this account. We have always paid things in full and on time. They did discount $50 off my last service which I appreciated but it does not excuse how they handled this situation. I pray that the owner never has to deal with losing their spouse or someone that they love. No sympathy or compassion. This company clearly only cares about money. Every other service company I dealt with showed me compassion and understanding. Another company I was forced to cancel because I am losing my house due to the financial hardship, even offered to do the last service for me for free which I certainly didn't expect. That is the difference between a company that cares about their customers and community and one that doesn't. Mikulik Lawn and Landscape clearly didn't care so why would you want to deal with a company with ethics like that?

They ruined about 20 + feet of the slats that weave in & out of the fence. Unfortunately, the slats are no longer available. I was told by a fence company they will have to use tubing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, look at another review where they blow the leaves unto someone else's property !
